Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Latina

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing vacation days is available. The driveway is exactly as Carlo describes it: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Thank you to Edoardo for his courtesy and efficiency, always ready to help when requested. The apartment is exactly the one in the photos. Perfect for me who had to do some work waiting for my son to finish his sailing cruise. Quiet and fast connection even if with some , rare, instability. In this case, too, Edoardo immediately offered to change the router, which I did not consider necessary. Just one warning, you must have a means of transport because stores, bars and restaurants are a few kilometers away.

Fantastic Place, highly suggested!

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Great cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the heart of the old town with squares and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Vibrant Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you can just close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw in a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not correct - fire alarms are fitted. Summary from us - perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Giorgia’s place is pretty, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The terrace and the garden are lovely and the view to the sea too. The location is great, very close to Gaeta and not far from Sperlonga. There are plenty of nice beaches and hikes to explore. Giorgia was always very supportive and gave us nice suggestions of activities, restaurants and places to visit. The only downside its the main road which is nearby and we can hear the cars from the garden/terrace. We loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

The house responded very well to our need for family reunions. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we really enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and has been available to answer our questions and concerns.

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Beautiful and very peaceful. We loved our stay

We arrived at the place we expected: Quiet and equipped with everything you may need, the photos do not do justice to the beautiful nature that surrounds this house. It's certainly not a place for those who expect to find the five-star hotel, but definitely suitable for those who love quiet and nature Sandro was very kind and attentive to all our needs, immediately being welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended for those who love to experience nature, and with the car in a short time, you can reach a fantastic sea!

We had a wonderful 7 days in this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information necessary for a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to access it quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive to our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with beautiful views of the mountains. Shops are a 5-minute drive or even a walk away. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. Everything is in order and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of travelers, leaving some groceries to start the stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.
