Beautiful and comfortable place, all new with perfect and convenient facilities. Location was top! But the best was definitely the attention. We felt very welcomed since the very beggining. 100% would come back! THANK YOU Veronica!

Piero est un excellent hôte, il nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a guidé dans le logement. Il nous a conseillé pour la suite de notre voyage. En tant que tel, le logement est très bien et convivial. Nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité. Nous recommandons ce logement!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed in so far. Everything was so clean and the place felt cozy. The shower was magnificent, which is especially appealing after hiking Cinque Terre. The area was perfect since it was close to the night life of La Spezia. I hope to come back to this Airbnb some day.

this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

Gaia was an awesome host! The house was by far the most beautiful place we stayed in Italy. She provided so many extra amenities as well as many great recommendations! She responded within the first two minutes every time (even at 11:30 pm!). She was so kind and helpful and we will definitely come back to this place next time we are in La Spezia!

Accueil très agréable avec des surprises à l'arrivée telles que boissons fraîches, gâteaux, café, thé. Appartement très propre et facilement accessible car situé à 50 mètres de la gare, 5 minutes de la rue piétonne et 20 minutes du port. Emplacement parfait pour visiter les cinq Terres. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. N'hésitez pas à réserver.

Giulia e' un host impeccabile. molto disponibile e prodiga di consigli. la sua casa e' estremamente accogliente. ha un ambiente esterno dove poter mangiare e cucinare. i servizi soddisfano appieno le esigenze di due coppie. tutto molto confortevole. nelle vicinanze ci sono due supermercati. con l'autobus n. 3 o con il treno e' possibile raggiungere facilmente la stazione centrale dalla quale raggiungere le cinque terre.

A estadia foi muito boa! Local proximo da estação de trem, camas confortáveis e muitos itens úteis na casa, além de um caderno com recomendações locais! super recomendo

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour familial grâce a cet appartement qui a tout pour plaire et qui était d’une propreté incroyable. Giovanni est très agréable et réactif, ce fut un vrai plaisir de vivre dans cette bulle le temps d’une journée. Nous reviendrons pour sur !

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Accoglienza, spiegazioni, consigli e disponibilità come da amici di vecchia data. Non siamo riusciti a sfruttare le possibilità offerte dal luogo dove è situato l'appartamento per nostra mancanza di tempo ma solo l'alloggio e la posizione valgono la vacanza. Ein super schöner Aufenthalt in Malgrate. Die Wohnung und der Garten waren blitzsauber und exakt wie beschrieben. Toller und gepflegter Pool mit Aussicht. Alessandro war ein super host - sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich.

La casa è davvero stupenda, curata nei dettagli e con uno stile unico che la rende memorabile. Joke, che si occupa del check-in, è stata molto gentile e disponibile, anche se la procedura è risultata un po' lunga e richiede un po’ di pazienza. Le camere sono un po' buie, e c’è una zona che somiglia più a un deposito che a uno spazio ben integrato con il resto dell’alloggio — un piccolo stacco in un contesto altrimenti molto curato. A parte questo, tutto è meraviglioso: ambienti accoglienti, atmosfera rilassante e grande attenzione ai particolari. Il prezzo è alto, in linea con la media della zona, considerando lo stile e la qualità dell’esperienza.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wenn man in die Wohnung tritt ist linker Hand das Wohn- & Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile. Rechter Hand geht es dann in den Flur mit Türen zum neu-renovierten Badezimmer & den beiden Schlafzimmern. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter und einen Einbruchschutzverschlag, so dass man die Fenster dauerhaft offen haben kann. Die Betten sind bequem und verschiedene Kopfkissen sind vorhanden. Die Küchenenausstattung ist gut, ein großes Gefrierfach ist vorhanden sowie ein Herdkännchen zum Kaffeekochen auf Italenisch (wir hatten unsere eigene Kaffeemaschine mit). Die Internetverbindung ist super stabil & das WiFi ist in allen Zimmern sehr gut, so dass auch problemlos von dort gearbeiten werden kann (falls mal notwendig). Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 min am Strand. Wir haben immer kostenfrei in der Via della Repubblica 1 in Marinella di Sarzana geparkt & sind dann 5 min zum Strand gelaufen. Besonders positiv ist auch die tolle Gastgeberin Sabine.

Tout s’est passé à merveille pour ce séjour ! Ilaria a été aux petits soins avec nous pour préparer notre arrivée, avec le lit bébé que nous avions demandé, plein de conseils et recommandations pour profiter de notre séjour, un super accueil. Le logement était parfaitement aligné avec la description et ce que nous attentions. C’est une excellente solution pour les personnes souhaitant visiter la région en voiture. Place réservée, parking fermé, le logement était super calme, agréable. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation ! Merci pour tout Ilaria !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille chez Christina et son mari. La maison est très belle, décorée avec goût, très propre. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. C'est un petit havre de paix dans l'arrière pays des Cinq Terre. le jardin et la piscine sont splendides, surplombant la vallée. Enfin, l'accueil fut extrêmement chaleureux et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à rencontrer et discuter avec nos hôtes. Un grand merci c'était parfait pour débuter les vacances.

Per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo e completo di tutto l’appartamento di Rita è super consigliato. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti senza mai udire schiamazzi o rumori molesti. Ottimo il terrazzo con vista sulla piscina utilizzato più volte per cenare in piena tranquillità.

je recommande à 100%. cadre magnifique. hôte très sympathique et réactif. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas praticable.
