Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Gorizia

Our stay in the preseason in mid-April was particularly relaxed, as there was not much going on yet. The apartment is modernly furnished, very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The only small downside was the loose tiles on the terrace, which worried me briefly because of the children – but overall, it was not a significant problem. The closed residential complex is ideal for those who value privacy and security. As a starting point for trips to Trieste, the location is perfect, and communication with the host went smoothly. The instructions received in advance for the facility and parking were clear and very helpful. I would recommend this place anytime!

This modern house is equipped with all new amenities, bathrooms, and appliances. Although it may not be clear from the pictures, each room has its own separate bathroom, which is very convenient for large group. Every room is fitted with a modern, efficient, and noiseless air conditioner. The garden is beautiful, and the swimming pool is well-maintained and deep in the middle, allowing for safe diving. Andrea is a wonderful host, always available on the phone and quick to respond to any requests we had. We really appreciated his warm welcome nad goodbye! The house is a 3-4 minute walk from a large beach. The sea is shallow, quiet, and warms up nicely, making it perfect for children to enjoy for extended periods. A note of caution: there is a large campground next to the house that hosts open-air dancing every evening. This can be quite annoying if your windows are open or if you are outside. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we are grateful to the host.

Carina was always reachable and available, even for check-in, with a lot of flexibility. Cute apartment with everything you need. Access to the pool was quite complicated, but it wasn't Carina's fault. Only those who have sun loungers in the green beach can go to the pool. You had to upgrade to have two more loungers, but in return your loungers are lost on the beach. The only person who could tell me about the location of the sun loungers was the lifeguard. Uncompetent staff for such a bathing establishment.

Georgia is highly recommended as a hostess! Since there were no guests before and after us, we were allowed to check in earlier than usual and check out later, which we found very flexible and generous!! The apartment is very lovingly designed and well equipped. It is located outside Grado, near Grado Pineta, everything is easily accessible by bicycle via bicycle paths. Georgia provides 2 bikes, we had our own with us. The only disadvantage of the location is that the apartment is located next to the thoroughfare. All in all a nice place to stay!

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

Antonia kindly welcomed us into her apartment, which we found even more spacious and bright than it looked in the photos. There was everything we needed, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom; in addition, Antonia got us a crib for our baby. The large Residence has a swimming pool and lots of greenery around it. You can easily walk to the sea even with a stroller in about ten minutes. We had a great time! We recommend it!

It was a very spacious accommodation with an impressive service. The hosts are very friendly and last but not least the wine is excellent

We settled 2 days and 3 nights in Versa in this pretty Agriturismo, with a beautiful pool and lots of small places ( hammocks, sun loungers ) that just make you want.. carpe diem:-). A delicious breakfast is provided and for the evening there is a good little restaurant with local specialties. Linda and Gianfranco are very welcoming and there are lots of places to visit in the area (Aquileia, cividale...). We would have done it a bit longer!
