The location of the property is wonderful - through the trees overlooking the sea, in a minute on the beach with children's playground, and also bars, restaurants, shopping nearby, as well as foot and bike paths right in front of the house. Oliver was very helpful and eager, thank you very much for that! Everything for a vacation was available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable! The description for handling the circuit was easy to implement and worked out well!

Apartment on the Dock of Grado. Really very clean, tastefully furnished, cozy and with everything you need (dishes in abundance, washing machine, oven, TV, wifi, etc.). Spacious rooms, great and mattresses. It felt all new. Nice view. Very comfortable and safe parking inside the building's courtyard as well as the presence of a large elevator. Two minute walk to the historic center and a few minutes more to the beach. Pizzeria and restaurants around the corner. I highly recommend it. My husband and two children aged 8 and 6 had a very good time.

Georgia is highly recommended as a hostess! Since there were no guests before and after us, we were allowed to check in earlier than usual and check out later, which we found very flexible and generous!! The apartment is very lovingly designed and well equipped. It is located outside Grado, near Grado Pineta, everything is easily accessible by bicycle via bicycle paths. Georgia provides 2 bikes, we had our own with us. The only disadvantage of the location is that the apartment is located next to the thoroughfare. All in all a nice place to stay!

The apartment was perfect for us. Cleanliness, communication, cooking facilities, balcony, mattress, location. The only downside is that there is no WiFi. Have a wonderful holiday! Thank you to Luka and his family

We were having a remote working from Italy at Michela’s place for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every second of it! The place looks even better in life than in the pictures. Located in a fenced peaceful neighbourhood and a walkable (approx 30-40 min walk) distance to Grado center. In case you are not much of a walker, there are also some bicycles to use. (We did not use them though) A very nice touch was the “In case you have forgotten something” cabinet with some of the essentials (i.e. some most popular hygienic wares) and the welcome gift! Michela was always there and responsive to sort out any questions we had. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare almost any food and the bed was super comfy to get a good nights sleep. The internet connection overall was enough for two people to do their work stuff and attend online video calls at the same time.

It's in a very good location, close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. Great for 2 large terraces. Marco is very communicative quick to respond.

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

I had a wonderful with Germana, she is very friendly and responsive. Her place was comfortable and beautiful. She even served breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location in Grado old town. Short distances to the sea and to the Harbor. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern and practical. Everything necessary is available and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Davide was straightforward, prompt and very friendly. We'd love to come back anytime.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Great place, clean and spacious, with a parking space, all at a very affordable price. The area is very peaceful. Erika is kind and helpful, she left us things for breakfast and made us find the apartment warm according to our schedules.

We were very happy with the place, especially the children welcomed by the toys. The hosts were able to accommodate us and allow us to enter the suite early. Everything was great!

Francesco was a very responsive, kind and always available host. He gave us tips on the beautiful surroundings. The house is cozy, in the alleys of the historic center of Muggia, very close to bars and restaurants. Francesco also left us a typical dessert from the area and everything we needed for breakfast, oil, salt and some bottles of water in the fridge! The beds are very comfortable! highly recommended!

Susanna is a super host, really very kind, nice and attentive to our needs and those of our little dog. The attic is super quiet and the terrace is fantastic. Super recommended! The house also has a super convenient private parking lot. We'll be back! Thank you so much.

We spent three very pleasant days in this apartment. The house is quiet, with attention to detail and perfectly clean. Cristina, the owner, was always helpful and kind, making us feel immediately comfortable. The location is also excellent: easy to reach the main attractions both by car and public transport. Recommended for those looking for relaxation without giving up the convenience of moving around easily!

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

We found Natasha and Samuele to be two wonderful people, they exceeded expectations right from the first contact with Natasha; they make you feel at home with their special and unexpected welcome, even with unexpected gestures and welcome gifts! Bathroom kit as in resorts, including sleep masks. Apartment with attention to every detail and excellent taste, especially the bedroom/living room with a large window overlooking the sea. But also the super-equipped kitchen enjoys the same view for breakfast or lunch. Perfect for two people. We stayed in touch with Natasha and Samuele during our stay, receiving valuable tips and information about activities and places of interest nearby. We will definitely be back and recommend it! And anyway Trieste is a beautiful city and you eat and drink very well!
