Elena is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable since the first minute. The house is away from tourist hotspots and we enjoyed it. It was quiet, the garden very well maintained. Our daughter had a favorite spot: the hammock under the shaded trees - plus the kittens born in May, and she was happy. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is clean and conveniently furnished. The small kitchen with fridge we found very helpful. Sleeping rooms are air conditioned. In just under 15 minutes, you will be on the beautiful natural beach inưa. Bakery and restaurants nearby. Elena gives a lot of tips and is very helpful. Breakfast is outdoors - we found it beautiful and very relaxing. There are rolls and croissant, homemade cakes, and homemade jam and honey. In addition, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Tea and coffee. Great we found the fresh eggs of the farm's own chickens. Elena prepares the best pancakes on request.... We had an insanely relaxing holiday and will return. Thank you for the wonderful time. ❤️

Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Communication via airbnb exemplary, fast, friendly and detailed. Handling and booking no issues. Green Village Resort: A dream. Luxurious villa, super pool landscape, shuttle to the beach well available, with rental bikes in 5 min also accessible. Beautiful beach section, nice staff in the beach bar. Food in the hotel a bit overpriced, but with self-catering in a new kitchen, it also lives very well. The staff has always taken care of everything. We had an internet outage and everything was put back in order within a day. Super friendly cleaning squad that takes everything very discreetly and carefully. We will definitely repeat the Green Village vacation, there was nothing to complain about!

Vittorio and Miria’s place exceeded our expectations. They are wonderful hosts and their place was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. Amenities were great, beds were super comfortable.

Hi, so I am very impressed with the apartment and also the hospitality of Marco. All the windows have fly screens and nice shutters. Before going to bed, we were able to cool the bedroom a bit down with the air conditioning and so well slept in for breakfast. Every morning there was croissant and rolls and a small buffet. There was also a basket from which we could choose our own grown vegetables. Marco helped us work out some day trip. All in all, it was a successful and beautiful holiday.

Staying with Marco was great! He is a great host - very friendly, always available and extremely helpful with tips for the area. The place was clean and has everything you need. Marco's property is beautiful and has a large garden perfect for dogs. You will also find a lot of animal friends such as cats, horses and chickens as well as Marcos dog. In addition, there is a very nice barn that invites you to linger and a small but very nice pool where you can cool off on hot days. Every morning there is a great homemade breakfast! The selection at the buffet is not great, but you will find everything you need for a good start to the day! All in all, Marco's place is a clear recommendation if you want to vacation near the popular seaside resorts of Lignano and Bibione (about 20 minutes by car), but still prefer a quiet location.

Beautiful practical apartment with great large balcony. The location is quiet, but you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and to the village center in about 15 minutes. Parking on the street was not an issue. There was an extra sofa for our dog.

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

We settled 2 days and 3 nights in Versa in this pretty Agriturismo, with a beautiful pool and lots of small places ( hammocks, sun loungers ) that just make you want.. carpe diem:-). A delicious breakfast is provided and for the evening there is a good little restaurant with local specialties. Linda and Gianfranco are very welcoming and there are lots of places to visit in the area (Aquileia, cividale...). We would have done it a bit longer!

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

We stayed with our children 4 years & 6 months at Emanuela & Allesandro. We stayed at the property a lot earlier than agreed, which was no problem. We were allowed to wait in the garden in the meantime. This garden and surroundings are simply the pure beauty & haven of peace! The avenue to the house consists of small pears & plum trees, in the garden there are still figs, kakis, pomegranates, apple trees, vines, hazelnut shrubs. & much more. Surrounded by corn fields & vines... We looked at sunrises and sunsets with quite a few animals such as rabbits, deer, butterflies and at night also a few bats almost every day. 😍 The house fits exactly for 4 persons. During the day we were swimming in Grado, end the day in the chilled house in the evening. In the next village you drive about 10-15 minutes to Grado to the beach about 30 minutes. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Emanuela thank you Allesandro!!!

Manuela and Marco are super nice hosts. They gave us many tips for the area. There is plenty to discover both in the mountains and by the sea. Great location from the house. Only 30 minutes to the sea and 45 minutes to the mountains. We were in Slovenia at a great mountain stream, thanks to Marcos' tip. There were eight of us. The house has ample space and sleeping arrangements. The large kitchen and large tables were wonderful! We felt very comfortable.

Great apartment a little outside but with the bikes everything is easily and quickly accessible. Superbly equipped, easy check-in and check-out. Erica is very friendly and always quickly available. We felt very comfortable.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

We were there for the second time and were super satisfied. Giovanni is always friendly and responds quickly to messages. The location is simply great!! Very central and just a few meters to the beach. We will definitely be back

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Excellent accommodation for 4 people, the essentials are provided except for linens. Great location for those who love tranquility and the pine forest, convenient to beach number 5 and suitable for families with children given the availability of the elevator and the condominium pool! Tip!

Everything was fine, check-in was easy and communication went well! We would be happy to stay again!

Old-fashioned likeable - was our style. We enjoyed the goats and the pool during a short visit. Only some dust was on the floor and there were worms in the cereal. They were immediately disposed of and all other cereals were also looked through. I didn't expect breakfast myself and looked forward to the worms. Since this is a no-go for my partner, we will probably not come anymore. Thanks anyway.

Great location, nicely designed apartment, quiet, yet close to supermarket, beach and restaurants. The swimming pool was great, especially when you travel with kids. Also, the apartment has all the equipment you need

Super weekend in the name of relaxation, the host was not kind, but I was super well, thanks again to Francesco and his wife who were super kind and helpful, I will definitely come back as soon as I can. 😌🫶🏽
