Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto!! L'appartamento era molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario!! La posizione è comodissima, a due passi dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi il lungo mare o ristoranti e bar. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa. I due host sono gentili e molto disponibili, le indicazioni chiare e precise. Abbiamo avuto la necessità di anticipare il check-in alla mattina e posticipare il check out e restare in appartamento fino a sera e la nostra richiesta è stata accolta e soddisfatta. Siamo molto soddisfatti!!

Nell'appartamento di Raffaella ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e ben pulito. Abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente che solitamente è presente in una casa. L'anno scorso ho soggiornato in un residence sempre a Francavilla ed ho passato il primo giorno a fare le pulizie e mi sono dovuta portare tutto. Se dovessi tornare a Francavilla e l'appartamento fosse disponibile ci tornerei volentieri. Lo consiglio x chi vuole passare qualche giorno tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare.

l'appartamento fi Sara è in posizione ottimale ,pochi passi dal mare,e dal centro di Vasto Marina. Vasto raggiungibile in 10 minuti fi auto. casa comoda con tutti i confort,ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ottima scelta l'appartamento di Francesco. Ha gestito tutto Deborah, alla perfezione. Appartamento moderno e ben arredato. Il riscaldamento (in questo periodo serve anche in questi posti!) funziona benissimo ed è veloce a riscaldare l'ambiente. Letti comodi. Cucina fornita del necessario. Francesco sempre velocissimo a rispondere ai messaggi. Da ritornarci sicuramente quando saremo nuovamente in quei posti!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo incantevole luogo, accolti da padroni di casa molto accoglienti e mai invadenti. Gli spazi esterni sono gradevolissimi e ben curati, con angoli freschi e ventilati che offrono una piacevole vista sul mare e sui trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo e Francesca sono stati calorosi e premurosi, ci hanno consigliato un sacco di posti da vedere, ma purtroppo riuscire a fare tutto in così poco tempo non è stato possibile: quindi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! Comodo parcheggio riservato e ombreggiato.

Beautiful little spot, very clean and modern. A great location being a stones throw away from Vasto Marina. Private parking spot is an added bonus!

Alloggio perfetto in posizione perfetta a due passi dal mare e con una bella vista mare Casa molto bella e funzionale pe soprattutto pulitissima. Host disponibile e gentile E stata un soggiorno perfetto

Casa pulita e dotata di ogni necessità. Ampi spazi e comodità. Parcheggio auto. Tutto come nelle foto. Ottima con bimbi piccoli. Jolanda gentilissima e sempre disponibile. In 2 minuti a piedi si arriva in spiaggia. La casa si trova a circa 30 minuti a piedi da Vasto Marina (si arriva tramite la ciclabile) Noi abbiamo anche noleggiato delle bici ed è stato comodissimo per girare tutta la zona. il campeggio di fianco fa animazione fino alle 23:30 e potrebbe essere fastidioso se si vuole dormire presto.

What a view! Also, the place is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the wine, cheese and salami too! We did have trouble finding where Michele had sent us the pin to park....heads up, both Google and Apple Maps aren't always the best in Italy. We found this consistently on our 2.5 week stay in various locations large and small.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa era esattamente come in foto, perfettamente pulita e profumatissima, a due passi dal mare e dalla ciclabile. Annalisa di una gentilezza più unica che rara.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Struttura in ottima posizione sopra il Trabocco Turchino. Terrazza con vista mare, appartamento comodo, ampio e ben fornito. Infissi nuovi e sebbene la struttura sia a ridosso dell’Adriatica (e direi per fortuna) non si sente nulla all’interno. Attraversi la strada e sei sulla ciclabile e al mare!!! Daniel che ci ha seguiti e la signora Ylenia che ci ha fornito le informazioni iniziali sono stati molto precisi e puntuali. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d’acqua e una di vino come accoglienza. Ottimo - 5 stelle ⭐️

We had a great two week stay in this centrally located apartment. Parking was easy, so was checking in . The amenities in the two storey flat were as described on Airbnb‘s site. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a large dining table, there was also a comfortable lounge (we didn’t really use it though), but the highlight must’ve been the rooftop terrace. Up there, it was possible to sit and have drinks and snacks whilst looking out the sea, and would’ve been possible to have a grill and eat dinner up there, too. The washing machine worked well and drying clothes on the roof, was extremely effective - no need for tumbler. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival, but these were dealt quickly and effectively - and in a very friendly manner - by our hosts. As said, we had a very pleasant stay, and will be using the flat again (if possible), if we return to the picturesque town of Vasto and need an Airbnb. :-)

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!
