Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Chieti

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wonderful villa divided into apartments, the outdoor spaces are the added value of the house, the pool is wonderful. There is a well-equipped barbecue area, a huge table (we fit 13 people and there was still room). The private garden is very large, with ample indoor parking for at least 6/8 cars. Eugenia is always on the ball, available and kind. I highly recommend it for both families and trips with friends.

we stayed 4 days in Gianpiero's apartment and loved it. it is a very nice and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view of the Majella Massief. Friendly host and wife and everything taken care of to the last detail!

We had a wonderful stay in this atypical house with great spaces and a beautiful garden. The hosts are very welcoming ( meal scheduled for our late arrival) and adorable. A big thank you to Marco for his kindness, his availability . He guided us well to discover this beautiful region. Now, thanks to him, we know how to make gnocchi!

Staying at Sara's Garden, guests of Alberto and Rosanna was a very pleasant experience. The house is presented as in the photos, with modern decor, all the necessary services and with a particular attention to total accessibility; an entire room is in fact equipped with all the comforts designed to guarantee an easy stay for people with disabilities. The property is located in a strategic position, which guarantees tranquility but also proximity to the main points of interest. The hospitality that Rosanna and Alberto reserve for their guests is special: from check-in to check-out they have always been present and available to respond to our every need.

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

We had a great time! Stefano is kind and knows how to give the right ideas for the area! You're very well and you feel very well too! walks by the sea or in the mountains, all reachable and then you can relax in the house! Beautiful place, nice people and lots to taste and see!

Incredible villa. Exceptionally spacious, manicured and welcoming. Very easy to find and hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Sincerely, I would recommend this place and look forward to return when we next visit family in Ortona.

Brand new property, super cozy, clean and equipped with EVERY COMFORT. Attention to detail to make the guest feel at home. An oasis of peace and relaxation, excellent for those who want to take a few days off from the daily and confusing routine of the city center. A few kilometers from the wonderful Trabocchi coast. A magical place I would definitely return to. Super recommended also and especially for the huge pool, the hot tub that can be used at any time and the sauna with a gym designed for all needs. The host was also very kind and helped me organize a small surprise inside the accommodation itself. 5 stars because you can't give more, I will be your guest again with immense pleasure. A special note for the mattress... it felt like sleeping on a cloud! Congratulations and good luck.

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the place was spotless and welcoming. The hosts were absolutely amazing—always attentive and ready to help with anything I needed. The views from the property were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Despite the tranquil atmosphere, I found it to be conveniently close to the town, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. There were plenty of activities to enjoy around the property, and the added bonus of free parking made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I can't wait to return!

We spent wonderful days in this vacation home, which went far beyond our expectations. The house is cared for in every detail, very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. The spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is quiet and well connected, ideal both for exploring the surroundings and for enjoying moments of peace. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, really pleasant for outdoor breakfasts or dinners. The pool is wonderful and really well maintained.
