Our stay was perfect!! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need!! The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the beach, easily walkable to the seafront or restaurants and bars. Excellent possibility of parking below the house. The two hosts are kind and very helpful, the directions clear and precise. We needed to check in early in the morning and postpone check-out and stay in the apartment until evening and our request was accepted and fulfilled. We are very satisfied!!

We felt at home in Raffaella's apartment. We found everything in order and very clean. We found everything you usually need in a home. Last year I stayed in a residence in Francavilla and I spent the first day cleaning and I had to bring everything. If I were to go back to Francavilla and the apartment were available, I would definitely go back. I recommend it for those who want to spend a few quiet days a few steps from the sea.

Sara's apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk from the sea, and from the center of Vasto Marina. Vasto can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Comfortable house with all comforts, we had a very good time.

Maria is a great hostess. Her house is so great. I would recommend it to everyone. We had a very nice vacation as a family.

Great choice, Francesco's apartment. Deborah handled everything perfectly. Modern and well-furnished apartment. The heating (in this period it is also needed in these places!) works very well and is quick to heat the room. Comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with the essentials. Francesco is always very quick to respond to messages. Definitely coming back when we're in those places again!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

Perfect to stay - recommended

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

We spent a week at Giulia's apartment and we appreciated the tasteful design and especially the beautiful garden we shared with her family and other guests, very peaceful and over-looking the sea (which is very close by) so that we "forgot" the close road below it. We really appreciated Giulia's and her family friendliness and warm hospitality as well as the precious recommendations they gave about places to visit and to eat.

Beautiful little spot, very clean and modern. A great location being a stones throw away from Vasto Marina. Private parking spot is an added bonus!

House clean and equipped with every need. Ample spaces and amenities. Car parking. Everything as pictured. Great with small children. Jolanda is very kind and always available. In 2 minutes you can walk to the beach. The house is about a 30 minute walk from Vasto Marina (you can get there via the bike path) We also rented bikes and it was very convenient to tour the whole area. The campsite next door makes an animation until 11:30 pm and could be annoying if you want to sleep early.

What a view! Also, the place is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the wine, cheese and salami too! We did have trouble finding where Michele had sent us the pin to park....heads up, both Google and Apple Maps aren't always the best in Italy. We found this consistently on our 2.5 week stay in various locations large and small.

This was amazing!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. The nicest and least expensive of our entire trip to Italy. Annalisa was super friendly and helpful! We can't recommend this enough.

Structure in a great position above the Turchino Trabocco. Terrace with sea view, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked apartment. New fixtures and although the structure is close to the Adriatic (and I would say thankfully) you can't hear anything inside. Cross the road and you are on the bike path and the sea!!! Daniel who followed us and Mrs. Ylenia who provided us with the initial information were very neat and punctual. We found a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Great - 5 stars ⭐️

We had a great two week stay in this centrally located apartment. Parking was easy, so was checking in . The amenities in the two storey flat were as described on Airbnb‘s site. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a large dining table, there was also a comfortable lounge (we didn’t really use it though), but the highlight must’ve been the rooftop terrace. Up there, it was possible to sit and have drinks and snacks whilst looking out the sea, and would’ve been possible to have a grill and eat dinner up there, too. The washing machine worked well and drying clothes on the roof, was extremely effective - no need for tumbler. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival, but these were dealt quickly and effectively - and in a very friendly manner - by our hosts. As said, we had a very pleasant stay, and will be using the flat again (if possible), if we return to the picturesque town of Vasto and need an Airbnb. :-)

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!
