I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

Stayed in Simona's apartment during the first week of September. Family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10. Simona is a precise, kind and very responsive host. Impeccable house in everything, both in the kitchen accessories including scales, scissors, etc., and in the appliances provided: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Kobold vacuum cleaner. The apartment has a large private parking lot and is located directly on the sea/free beach by crossing the gate of the building. The presence of the bike/pedestrian path allows you to move freely and safely. Shops, eurospin/conad supermarkets, baker, pharmacy, restaurants all within easy reach (500m, 700m). Highly recommended home and host! Stay in total relaxation!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Marina responds quickly to questions thank you

Thank you for your stay. Everything was very well organized, and the connections to the vineyards and experiences were great. A good apartment for autumn, with great heating and you can feel at home with all the amenities. I have a request for my next visit - there are no grappa glasses that taste better in the fall:)

I booked for a business trip, when I arrived it was much better than the description says, completely modern apartment and many amenities included, really very nice and located just a stone's throw from the sea, I'd take it without so much as a second thought, if I ever have to go back to Martinsicuro I will definitely look for Lancette House!!!

Amazing place. We loved being just across from the beach. The area was private and quiet during our stay. Inside the unit we had sufficient amenities for a week long stay including basic cooking supplies, oven and microwave. There are heat pumps in each room and the living room. Check-in was super easy and Fabian was so very helpful during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Emanuela, who despite our slight advance compared to the check-in time welcomed us and immediately made us accommodate in the apartment without any kind of problem. Emanuela was very helpful with us, gave us tips on places we could visit during our stay and provided some information about the apartment. The house is just as shown in the photographs, really very nice and is in a really convenient location, overlooking the promenade, a short walk from the beach and the serviced beaches, but it is also very close to the Abruzzo hinterland and major points of interest. We also found welcome sweets with a card, which these days is not at all obvious and which made us very happy. It was a wonderful vacation between sea excursions and relaxation, we felt at home! Thank you ❤️ Don't miss your chance to stay at Emanuela's!
