Vacation rentals with beach access in Abruzzo

We had a brilliant stay here. The flat is lovely, spacious, and is right on the beach so you fall asleep listening to the waves. The balcony is big and you can watch the sun rise if you wake up early enough. Annachiara and Andrea are great hosts – basically met us off the train when we arrived! We extended our stay halfway through our trip because we liked the place so much and they were really flexible about it. Thanks again, when we visit Francavilla in future we'll definitely hope this place has availability for us!

Barbara and her husband welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, they showed the place in detail and its features. They made themselves very helpful by giving us tips and useful information. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for families, including children's amenities. We had a really great time. We recommend it.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Good apartment with big balcony and see view. I liked quiet location a bit away from beach (few minutes) near by is big supermarket. Well equipt kitchen, fast wifi. Good price/quality balance. Would definitely come back

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We were guests of Sabrina because the children were engaged in a sports activity at Alnpalsport in Montesilvano. We had a great time, everything was tidy and clean, well-equipped kitchen, reserved car parking. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

Beautiful accommodation, clean and complete with everything (washing machine and dishwasher included) The apartment is in a great location in relation to the sea. The only drawback is the railway very close, however with the air conditioning, you can sleep with the windows closed and the problem is solved. Great accommodation

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. We are planning our return trip for next year. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again Francesca.

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!
