Sono stata in vacanza una settima insieme ad un'amica. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, l'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, ci siamo sentite a casa! Mara è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci è venuta incontro per quanto riguarda i vari orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e visitare nella zona e in che ristoranti andare. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente è un posto in cui vale la pena ritornare!!!

Soggiornato nell'appartamento di Simona durante la prima settimana di settembre. Famiglia composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 10 anni. Simona host precisa, gentile e molto disponibile. Casa impeccabile in tutto, sia negli accessori della cucina tra cui bilancia, forbice ecc, che negli elettrodomestici forniti: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, aspirapolvere folletto. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio parcheggio riservato e si trova direttamente sul mare/spiaggia libera attraversando il cancelletto dello stabile. La presenza della pista ciclabile/pedonale permette di muoversi liberamente e in sicurezza. Negozi, supermercati eurospin/conad, panettiere, farmacia, ristoranti tutti a portata di mano (500m, 700m). Casa e host consigliatissima! Soggiorno nel totale relax!

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Dziękujemy za pobyt. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, a kontakty na winnice i atrakcje wspaniałe. Dobry apartamet na jesień, ze świetnym ogrzewaniem i można się poczuć jak w domu z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Mam prośbę na następną wizytę - brakuje kieliszków do grappy, która jak wiadomo jesienią smakuje lepiej :)

Alloggiare presso l'appartamento di Cinzia e di suo marito è stata un'esperienza super positiva! L'appartamento, in una zona tranquilla e vicino al mare, rispecchiava le foto e la descrizione....anzi dal vivo è ancora meglio. Pulito, ordinato, completo di ogni cosa, sia in cucina che in bagno....non mancava assolutamente nulla. Come è scritto nella descrizione, si potrebbe portare solo l'indispensabile e le cose personali....il resto lo si trova lì! Cinzia e suo marito ci hanno accolti personalmente al nostro arrivo, nonostante un nostro piccolo ritardo. Ci hanno spiegato tutto, dato delle dritte sulle attività del posto e sono stati reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ad esempio per un piccolo problema alla caldaia, avvisata Cinzia, dopo 5 minuti era a casa con un tecnico....ed erano quasi le 22.....tutto risolto in 10 minuti! Che dire.....grazie di tutto e sicuramente consiglio, senza dubbi, questo appartamento!

Amazing place. We loved being just across from the beach. The area was private and quiet during our stay. Inside the unit we had sufficient amenities for a week long stay including basic cooking supplies, oven and microwave. There are heat pumps in each room and the living room. Check-in was super easy and Fabian was so very helpful during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Emanuela, che nonostante il nostro leggero anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in ci ha accolti e fatti subito accomodare nell'appartamento senza alcun tipo di problema. Emanuela è stata molto disponibile con noi, ci ha dato consigli riguardanti i luoghi che avremmo potuto visitare durante la nostra permanenza e fornito qualche informazione riguardante l'appartamento. La casa è proprio come viene mostrata nelle fotografie, davvero molto bella ed è in una posizione veramente comoda, affaccia sul lungomare, a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e dai lidi serviti, ma è anche molto vicina all'entroterra dell'Abruzzo e ai maggiori punti di interesse. Abbiamo trovato anche dei dolcetti di benvenuto con un biglietto, cosa che di questi tempi non è per niente scontata e che ci ha fatto molto piacere. È stata una vacanza magnifica tra escursioni mare e relax, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Grazie ❤️ Non perdetevi l'occasione di soggiornare da Emanuela!
