Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Chieti

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. I chose this apartment to have my parents and my aunts stay and they really enjoyed it! Spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

The accommodation in Vestogirardi is exceptional, inside and out. Access via a courtyard, like in a castle. Perfectly renovated, very cleverly developed, comfortable. Compliments to the architects, large living room with kitchen in the vault, enclosed sleeping area. No antique junk, everything very functional. The reception was very friendly, well organized. Recommended for cyclists, hikers and people who don't necessarily want to lie on the beach.

Lovely place, an oasis of peace and silence surrounded by nature, equipped with every comfort. The cottage is beautifully renovated, beautiful and functional. We loved the garden with olive trees and lemons, overlooking the sea and enjoyed beautiful walks nearby. The dirt stretch of road to reach the cottage is short and easy, and guarantees the absolute privacy of the stay. Highly recommended ❤️

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Location is perfect, quiet. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice and functional apartment in a very welcoming setting with a very large swimming pool and numerous activities and restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Barbara was always very precise and punctual in communications, she gave us great tips for activities and where to eat! The trabocco experience is also beautiful!

We were comfortable at the place. the terrace with sea view, the beach and the sea deserve pleasant and relaxing. Excessive heat but the the Punta Aderci reserve, Punta Penne beach,...... enchanting The city of Vasto is very nice with an evocative view. Worth coming back

Great apartment thay has everything you hoped for an more! Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. you can use the balcony for breakfasts / dinners. Rosa is also very nice and makes your checkin and check out hassle free. We really appreciated our stay (family with 1 kid)

Great choice, Francesco's apartment. Deborah handled everything perfectly. Modern and well-furnished apartment. The heating (in this period it is also needed in these places!) works very well and is quick to heat the room. Comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with the essentials. Francesco is always very quick to respond to messages. Definitely coming back when we're in those places again!

So well equipped, you could quite literally live there. Massimo was incredibly kind in leaving some welcome gifts and touches, and was really helpful and pleasant in everything he did and we asked. Would 100% not hesitate to return.

We had a nice time at Adriano's apartment, a warm welcome at the fence. A folder with all kinds of information was already ready. Every question was always answered quickly and I really felt in my place. Thanks to Adriano and his wife, we were able to experience the procession of Good Friday in Chieti, highly recommended. The tip to eat fish at restaurant Franco was also very welcome, we ate deliciously. The seat in front of the door is a blissful place to have breakfast or just recover from a long walk.

Danilo is as warm and friendly as his apartment is as warm and inviting to stay in. Very quiet and peaceful with one amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. Last night I was up watching the storm that was out at sea. If you are coming anywhere near Vasto Italy and need a place to stay in, I strongly recommend stay at Danilo apartment! Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!

Sebastiano is a very helpful host, he recommended several places to dine in addition to taking us to the beach on the first day recommending a comfortable street. The house has just been refurbished and offers all kinds of comforts. Located in the countryside, it is still very close to the sea. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.

Our 3rd stay at Mark's place and always a pleasure! Flight was very delayed resulting in a late night check in, yet he was very willing to wait to meet and greet. Parking very easily walkable from the central parking. Casoli is a safe and friendly place to spend time!
