Manuel is a nice and friendly host. We spent two days in this apartment, which is comfortable, quiet and easy to find, very close to the sea. The accommodation is well equipped and has all the necessary devices, making it really convenient. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

My wife and I had a very good time in Ca' de' Lina. Very responsive and helpful host. Very cozy, clean and equipped apartment: efficient and easy to adjust heating, large fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, drying rack inside the apartment and drying rack outside, relaxing sofa, large closets in the room and drawers in the bathroom, spacious shower, large terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. Everything is new and cared for in detail. The bed is slatted with a memory mattress of rigid consistency, two pillows per person (one soft and one harder). Secluded location, you need to have your own car that can be parked on the street (free, there were not many cars so we did not have any parking problems). Since we stayed in low season, we greatly appreciated and found the discount of about 25% on the price to be correct.

Our stay in Ms. Monica's apartment was like a fairy tale... We seemed to have moved from stressful modern life to an exclusive life in ancient Italy, the view from the windows created a special magic both in the morning and at night. Air conditioning would not be superfluous, but its absence did not spoil the enjoyment of the house, sometimes the wind from the mountains cooled the bedroom. The house has everything you need, hot water, fans, you can drink water from the tap, there is a restaurant in the village and also a multi-level parking lot, in principle the place is located

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends.
