Monthly Rentals in Prolesha

We've stayed in this apartment for more than a month. Quite a long time. The place was fantastic. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment is located 20 meters from bus stop with line 310 which takes you to the city center every 10 minutes. Near the apartment there is Zapaden Park (brilliant, huge green area), sauna, gym and Kaufland. You can be sure that the owners answer every single question you have and do their best to help you :) Long story short: ideal place for both short and very long stays. Can really recommend it!

As a Superhost myself, I can confidently say that Bobo goes above and beyond—he’s what I’d call an “Ultra Host,” offering a level of hospitality that far exceeds what 99% of hosts would provide. He personally picked me up from the airport and even dropped me off at the end of my stay. We also had lunch and coffee together—both he and his girlfriend were incredibly warm, friendly, and easygoing. At the same time, they are very respectful of your space and time, so if you prefer privacy, they will absolutely honor that. It was a truly pleasant stay, and I would definitely return to Bobo’s place if I ever find myself in Sofia again. Highly recommended.

Great place for short or long term stays in Sofia. Not in the center, but super close to metro station, buses, and tram lines. Cheap taxi rides to get there, parking space if you rent a car. Tons of supermarkets and stores walking distance to the apartment. Fully equipped for a great stay, great hosts! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around!

Very nice apartment. Convenient to public transportation (bus 310 stops in front of the block). Close to Kaufland shop. Simona was very accommodating and helpful!
