Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. I stayed at Jill's place for a quick overnight trip near the airport, and it was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and Jill was proactive and welcoming. It made my travel stress-free, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I also got to meet their lovely cat, Minnie which was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay near the airport!

Nina’s farmhouse was the perfect place for our family get together! Beautiful, peaceful but still close to town. The best part was sitting out on the back porch listening to the birds and the rain. We even had a few horses come for a visit. We will definitely book Inna’s place again next time we’re in Iowa!

Stievenson Farm is definitely a place I would be listing again when I need another break from the city.
