We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

This apartment is so so beautiful, it was perfect in every single way. Great location, modern, clean, black out curtains, balcony, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, it has everything you could possibly want in an apartment that size. I would 1000% stay again.

Jurica's parents live on the plot and received us very hospitably. They were very committed to us. Jurica herself was very quick to respond, which made us feel nice. The house with beach access and parking gave us a real holiday feeling. Highly recommendable!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

We had a great week in Maslenica! The house is exactly as described and it was all super clean and well appointed. Drinks and even a small cheese/sausage plate were prepared in the fridge. Communication went smoothly. We enjoyed it very much :)

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

Very central location, only 10 min from Zadar and the airport, everything super clean and tidy, great pool, uncomplicated check in and out, several shops nearby, quiet area. We had a lovely holiday

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

We had a great time in this beautiful house in Croatia! Everything was just like in the photos – clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location was perfect: quiet and right on the sea. We particularly liked the well-kept garden – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly and easy to reach. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

I was very warmly welcomed by Marina. I arrived late at night, she was waiting for me, I thought that was great. Apartment is very clean and spacious, exactly as described. Very nice loggia overlooking the garden!! A great location, right in the old town of Nin, everything within walking distance!! Was able to communicate very well with Marina!! D

Antonia's place is as described. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a very pleasant swimming area nearby. It is not strictly speaking a sandy beach but it is possible to place towels on areas with grass, this swimming spot is ideal for families. The outside space is very nice to have olive trees and a barbecue available. The accommodation is close to Zadar is very close to Nin. There is a one-minute walk away, a vegetable vendor, and a bakery. Plus, Antonia's father was very available for any questions we had. We highly recommend this listing.

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Our stay with Stipe and his loving family was very nice from the first moment. We were warmly welcomed by Marina and given fritule, cherry liqueur and cool drinks to refresh us. Throughout our stay, we were provided with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and other goodies. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was only 2 minutes to the beach with a long, shallow sandy bay. Other swimming options were within walking distance. A bakery and small supermarket were about 5 minutes away. For larger shopping, it is recommended to have a car. All in all, we and our children felt very, very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!
