Spatious apartment with private terrace at seaside

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay in their home.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are quiet, but offer everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but we were able to reach everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is also very nice and well suited for swimming if you like a pebble beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

We (couple with dog) spent beautiful 10 days in Ana and Ivan's bungalow G4 from the end of May to the beginning of June. The whole place was very clean. The fact that the hair dryer, clothes rack, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. were also very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), stovetop and everything you need to cook (plates, cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bottle opener, strainer, etc.). Basic foods such as sugar, vinegar, oil, spices are to be brought with you. But it's no problem - there are some supermarkets nearby. At night we slept with the window tilted and could listen to the sea. The terrace with a direct view of the sea was a dream! Ana and Ivan are very attentive and friendly hosts. They were always very responsive to messages and inquired several times if everything was right or if we needed anything. They gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, ... Conclusion: It couldn't get any better! :-

We absolutely loved loved loved this apartment! Fantastic view, wonderful location and everything you would need. 5 minutes walk from the old town and sitting on the balcony watching the goings on in the port was a special kind of joy 🤩 Modena was fantastic, everything was communicated easily and quickly and was extremely helpful. We will be back!

We stayed in the apartment out of season and felt very comfortable. A paradise for families with children (direct location to the beach, swings and co in the garden). Sanda and Vlado were very warm and we felt very welcome. We gladly accepted the offer to show us things on site and got to know so many beautiful corners that we probably would not have seen or experienced otherwise. We will be happy to come back.
