The lovingly prepared house (about 100 square meters) offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the upper floor there are three furnished bedrooms (1 × 180 x 200 cm bed, 2 x 140 x 200 cm bed). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV and washing machine. In cool outdoor temperatures, guests can provide pleasant warmth by heating the tiled stove.

The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
