We have good access to downtown. 15 min walk to the light rail station or another 5 min to be at the front door of the airport! Make this your hub for all the sightseeing Seattle has to offer. We live here with our 10 mo old daughter, friendly pup and cat so you may see us in the front yard or porch. Ask about pets, as long as they are friendly it shouldn't be a problem!

Phùc is an incredible host!! house is very clean, and peaceful <3 my room was perfect for what I needed, the bed was super comfortable too. location was great for getting to downtown as well, around 20 minutes to drive (even during rush hour it was only about 35 minutes to reach the concert venue). I truly enjoyed my stay in his home, would most definitely book here again (: thank you so much Phùc!!

Perfect getaway at a reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Room and bath were private. I had a few adjustments on my schedule and they were accommodating Laundry facility on the property was a huge plus . Plenty of parking just outside the unit. Great stay. The backyard setup is really nice. The conversation we had to show us around the home was nice as well. Really great host. You aren't that far from downtown Seattle and Airport.
