Family-friendly vacation rentals in Prineville

We loved our stay! This house has the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The house was decorated for Christmas, a sweet touch. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend, we will definitely be back! Angela was very kind and a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary and Steve's chalet- it even had festive holiday decorations, which added a lot of charm! The kitchen had every implement, dish, pan, utensil we could ever want, even a crock-Pot which we use to make a pot of split pea soup that we enjoyed after our day boarding on the mountain. We didn't make use of any of the resort amenities, so I can't speak to any of them, but we did enjoy the hot tub. And had some nice relaxing dog walks around the peaceful grounds of the resort. But best of all was just hanging out all together, playing board games around the big dining table. All in all a wonderful way to spend Christmas!

Paul's rental was a great pet-friendly home and he an excellent host! Extremely friendly and quickly responsive. Everything we could have needed was available in the kitchen. Accommodations were very comfortable.

Our family of four (two adults, two kids) and our dog stayed at Mike's this spring, and it was by far the best Airbnb experience we've had! Check-in/out was incredibly easy. The home was clean, inviting, and had thoughtful, high-quality amenities. We loved many items (like the culinary tools, dishware, and appliances) and even took notes to buy them for our own home! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and well-maintained tools, making cooking a pleasure. The BBQ was great, and the bikes were high-end and functional. Mike’s communication was prompt, and he’s even sending me the pillow I left behind! The only minor downsides were the lack of child locks on the upstairs windows, no fenced yard (as expected), and a slightly uncomfortable bed in the bunk room. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We cook a lot so the fully stocked kitchen and high end cookware was perfect. The layout was a good fit for our needs and the morning sun on the patio was welcome. Hot tub and fire pit were well used and nice for the evenings. Access to Deschutes river trail was convenient. Location on the road to Mt Bachelor made it ideal for early morning skiing. Garage was large but we parked our trucks outside. Quiet neighborhood and safe for kids. Bathrooms and restrooms were well maintained and modern. Lighting kept the place bright and the entertainment system was top notch. Golf course next door with onsite disc golf, tennis, pickleball, bike pump track and rafting. Pet friendly. Overall a great place to stay and make the most of Bend and Mt Bachelor. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at Cara’s place multiple times and it’s been wonderful each time! The house is so cute and comfortable. It’s in the perfect location and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The yard is fully fenced and great for small dogs. We will be back!

A new favorite for our small family gathering! We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is open and full of light, but also feels nice and private. Also only about a five minute drive to the Village! Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, 3 king beds, and a hot tub made this home jump to the top of our list. Even though it’s technically connected to the home next door, you would never know it! It’s quiet!! The layout puts the living quarters on opposite sides so it feels like you are stand-alone. It was perfect!! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended - Nestled in quite street close to downtown Bend, Paula's place make you feel right at home. The furnishing is top-notch and the pictures represent the place accurately. We expect to visit Bend more often in the future and will definitely try to book this place again.

We had a group of 8 staying here and we all enjoyed it. The house is large, well stocked and has plenty of areas for people to sleep. David was very friendly and responsive as well as flexible with the check in. If we have a large group in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house for a family vacation in SunRiver. The kids loved the game room and the house was cozy.

This house was amazing! All the little details made it so comfortable and peaceful to stay here. Susan was great at communicating and had easy/helpful instructions for checking in and out. The location was great and the space was the perfect size for our family of 4 and pup. Would recommend this place again and again!

The house was perfect for our visit. We were in town for work and it was nice to feel like we were coming home in the evening after a couple long days. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by amazing trees. We would stay there again for sure.

Dennis's house was complete with everything needed to cook in the kitchen, cozy sitting room with nice fireplace for winter vacationing, large table for family get togethers, private backyard, and the house was clean and well-stocked. Great location to walking trails and supermarket.

This was a clean and comfortable home in Sisters for our family of 4 to stay in. The surroundings can't be beat - we saw deer, quail, and bunnies right outside and there were smooth paths for the kids to bike and scoot all over the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Note that the house is a split level with only 1 bathroom on the lower floor.

Sweetums Ranch was an absolutely perfect place to stay with our two young kids! We had such a fun time walking the ranch every morning and saying good morning to the chickens and horses. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Highly recommend! This place was clean, easy to access, Fran was very friendly and helpful, and we had no problems whatsoever. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and supplies, the linens are nice, beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable there.

Lovely place! Super comfortable beds, couches, plenty of space. Only bummer was that the wood stove/fireplace is not available for guests :( but I get it. Wonderful location, beautiful backyard….we even saw some deer walk almost right up to the house. Would definitely stay again (and ask them to let me use the wood burning stove/fireplace).

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

great place to stay for a 3 day ski weekend. The place was clean & spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking and the location was perfect for us heading to mt bachelor every day vs if we stayed in bend we would have had a further drive to ski. Anne was great on communication and we had a lovely stay!

Great location! Close to the Shark and city center! Back away from main road with nice green space around the house. Had every amenity you could think of. The house had a great layout. It was the perfect house for our whole family to gather and so nice to bring our dogs too.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily and Will’s house! The location is at a perfect spot on the ranch. We loved going on walks to the babbling brook and boardwalk to the meadow. We made an early Thanksgiving dinner at the house and their kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable. The house itself is decorated beautifully with attention to detail. On top of that, Emily and Will were accommodating to some special requests and were quick communicators. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lisa's place was a great place to stay for a few nights. For a studio, it was nicely set up to feel like there was a true separation between "bedroom" and "living room". It was clean, cozy and nicely decorated to extend a feeling of comfort and warmth. The neighborhood is lovely with nice areas for walking and very quiet. It is also a good location if going up to ski. We enjoyed our stay it was truly quite cozy and Lisa and her husband were very friendly.
