Christa’s cottage is an absolute gem- clean, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything you need for a restful and comfortable stay! We would happily return for another perfect weekend getaway.

Tracey and Rodneys place is an absolute gem of a find in the Campbellford area! The space is incredibly designed, with the river at the bottom of the backyard. We could have spent hours in the gallery room or the library, and the open window on the top level with a couch overlooking the river would be a perfect spot to take one of their books and read the day away on a cooler day! absolutely fantastic hosts who we'll no doubt reach out to when we're in the area again! thank you both!!

Emily’s cottage is amazing. We had so much fun with our dogs on the property. Can’t wait to return during warmer months to enjoy more swimming. The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and has everything you would ever need. Very conveniently located near Seeley’s Bay and Gananoque.

Gorgeous spot on the lake! We were delighted with the size of the space and especially with the little extras when it comes to amenities. One of the best-stocked kitchens I've had the joy of cooking in — spices and herbs galore, cookware and serving dishes waiting in of every cabinet! Such a joy to make meals in a place that doesn't feel barren. Parker also communicates often and thoroughly! Great hosts.

This place was great. It was exactly what we were looking for for a low key bachelorette weekend. Easily slept the 8 of us. Lots of space for everyone. The firepit was amazing and the views from the dock were gorgeous. The host was great - sent us lots of information for checkin, list of recommendations for the area, and sent a checkout reminder so we had all the information we needed. It was a great location for us to drive to a couple wineries and we could walk to Wander for dinner which was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Ryan's. It is very, very spacious and very well appointed. A truly comfortable home. The setting is really picturesque and it is a wonderful location in the Prince Edward County with close proximity all sorts of sights and things to do. Added bonus...take a bike, access to the Millennium Trail right near by.

Very quiet space, loved being by the water. Our dogs loved swimming and exploring the space! Very relaxing. Would love to come here again for a longer stay!

The cottage is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it—the cleanliness, tasteful furnishings, spacious layout, and especially the stunning backyard and lake view. The only minor drawback was the lack of drapes or blinds on the windows (other than the bedrooms). At night, it gets very dark outside, which can feel a bit unsettling for those not used to it, as the inside becomes visible while the outside remains pitch black. That said, the cottage is well-secluded by trees and plants, so it’s unlikely anyone would be close enough to see in. Damon is a fantastic host—accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway

We booked Cole Lake Haus as a group for our graduation trip and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, spaceous, and has plenty of amenities. The lakeside dock and the sauna were our favorite and we spent every sunny day there, going out on the kayaks, taking dips in the water, and at the end warming up in the sauna. Overall, the place was beautiful and I will keep it in mind for any future group trips.

Everything was exactly as described a better. He communicated really well and answered questions very quickly. Had an amazing stay and looking forward to maybe going back in the future.

Fantastic stay, what a wonderful place to stay. Everything you could possibly need to keep a whole family entertained and catered for! Absolutely loved all the canoes, boats, paddle boards and the man cave. Kitchen was brilliant with all the equipment we needed. Really beautiful and peaceful location and children well catered for too with toys, life jackets etc Couldn’t have more good things to say about Mellow Yellow Cottage!

we had a lovely, relaxing weekend at Daniella's place! The space was beautiful, clean, thoughtful and well stocked! the hosts thought of everything to make us feel at home. Everything is there with intention, and the location is unmatched...Photos don't do this little gem justice, will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, it rained every day during our stay, but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time! They have plenty of board games that kept us entertained, the sauna was clean and the view from inside was amazing (one side of the barrel is glass and overlooking the lake), the kitchen is fully equipped and they leave plenty of extra towels. They have everything you could want at a cottage: a canoe, two kayaks, a fire pit, a BBQ, and a sunroom. A perfect balance between cozy and rustic yet clean and modern. Close to Kingston and PEC for a day trip, the location is great. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

Laura and Dale's Cottage was such a cozy, sunny, beautiful place nestled in a wooded lot right on the water front. We spent a week there in October and loved the wood fireplace and warmth that the cottage brought. The kitchen was charming with lots of well placed windows. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The board games were nostalgic and fun to play. The bed and bedding was so comfy and perfect for reading in the mornings. The view from the bedroom window was otherworldly especially the full moon coming across the water and the Autumn leaves were spectacularly gorgeous! We cant say enough about this place. We highly recommend it and we hope to return again.

We loved staying here with two little kids and grandparents. It was easy to baby proof by just moving a few things, which is surprisingly hard to find in an air bnb. The property was beautiful and everyone had enough space. Having the separate bunkies was perfect. The lake is incredibly gorgeous and wonderful to enjoy using the kayaks available. There was no need to bring toddler toys or books, as they had ample supply. We will be back!

We had a lovely time. The place is very dog friendly. We cannot wait to go back.

Me and 5 friends had a great stay at Jeff’s place. The house is extremely clean and has all the amenities and equipment you need to have a great weekend! We use the bbq one night and the communal fire pit the next and both were a great aspect to the weekend. With 5 adults, we used the double bunk beds, the double bed and the pull out couch. All were extremely comfortable! The location has a lot of offer on site and Picton is a short drive away. Jeff was a really responsive host and we would for sure stay here again!

A couple of things that stood out for us was the abundance of towel racks and hooks in the bathroom as well as dimmers on all of the overhead lights (such a relief from glare!). We would stay here again.

Second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first time…the lake and location is incredibly peaceful…had a wonderful stay….i adore the cabin ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, close to services and all the activities around Sandbanks. The property is spotless, very well maintained, spacious and peaceful, ideal for relaxing by the water. The sunsets are absolutely stunning, no need to go anywhere, the show is right there. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful if you need anything. The cottage is super clean, well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It stays true to its original charm while offering all the modern comforts—like a full kitchen and Wi-Fi. The natural light and abundance of windows were a highlight for me—it truly feels like you’re in nature, even when you’re indoors. The covered porch lets you enjoy the outdoors in any weather. Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a welcoming, homey feel—all nestled under stunning 200-year-old beams. Just incredible. Would book again!
