Maxine was extremely friendly throughout & check-in was seamless. The cottage is immaculate & parking was easy. Loads of games & dvds at the cottage to keep the kids entertained. Great location, with a small shop, pub, pharmacy & leisure centre nearby. Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

What a beautiful place to stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts made everything so clear for us, the house was spotless we couldn’t fault it. It was the little things like having toys for the kids to play with was amazing and the coffee machine with pods was a welcome surprise. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, thank you!

Everything was perfect! The cottage is cosy and had all the amenities needed. It was clean and just a 30min walk in to Whitby. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here as a family recently to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The house and gardens are amazing! Everything you will need is there with the possible exception of an air fryer (unless we missed it). We had 3 younger children with us, there is lots of room for them to run around and plenty room for the adults to escape when needed. The kitchen is an amazing family space. Also every game you can think of for all ages. On arrival, it was very simple to access as well as lots of parking. The village is very quiet without shops etc However Hunmanby is a 5 minute drive away and has a great bakery and small Coop. Altogether, I would recommend this to anyone and I’m certain that we will be back.

Me and my partner stopped in May cottage and had a great time it’s a beautiful place for 2 people and had everything we needed in the cottage will definitely use again if we come back up to the area.

We’ve just had two nights here for my mother in laws 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house was spotless upon arrival, very nicely decorated and has everything you could need. The hosts are great at communicating and recommending local places, we had a great meal at San Marco’s which was a 2 min walk. The location was great, just a short walk down to the beach, walking distance to the shops and restaurants and nice and peaceful. We would definitely come back again.

Wow! What an amazing place this is. Just as seen on the pictures. Beautifully furnished, the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is right on the beach with access to Filey and other places only a short drive away. Vanda is a great host. She was really flexible with our requests for extra time to check out and responds quickly. We will be back!

What a beautiful house!!! If you need to just turn up and unwind immediately, choose this. Incredibly well equipped, gorgeous products, loads of thoughtful touches, great tech. If you choose to venture out, a short stroll to shops, cafes, and all the sights. Amazing host, who has literally thought of everything. Thank you so very much.

John & Tricia were extremely helpful hosts. Their place is perfect for exploring the north Yorkshire moors and eastern coastline. We had the most wonderful stay. They were very generous with both their time and welcome gifts. We hope to be back.

We had a lovely stay at wonky cottage in Cayton. Accommodation was cosy, clean and well provisioned. Good location for exploring Scarborough, Filey and surrounding area. Would stay again.

Olivia’s place is outstanding. The most amazing views, absolutely beautiful and well equipped cottage in a great location. Couldn’t ask for more. We managed to get a car park very close to cottage which was very handy too. Oh and she’d put a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a lovely surprise which we enjoyed on the patio taking in that spectacular view. Do yourself a favour and stay here!!!!!!

Very comfortable accommodation with top quality furnishings and equipment. Stay here and spoil yourself with a little bit of luxury. Plenty of room, great views and easy access to all the attractions in this beautiful area. Hosts are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. We had a wonderful time.

We’ve said at Rachel’s lovely place in Filey several times before, and are always sad to leave and very keen to return! It’s an ideal location, right in the centre of Filey and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The house is really spacious and beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for it to be your home away from home. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay!

We had a peaceful few days at Liz and Nick’s cottage. It was spotlessly clean and extremely peaceful, being set in the most beautiful surroundings. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the home-baked cookies were delicious! Liz’s communication was excellent and she was very accommodating when we needed to change the days of our stay slightly. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

The communication from Richard & Sue’s communication was excellent from booking, allowed us to gain access slightly earlier than the listed check in time which was really helpful. The house has everything you need, the beds were really comfortable. Ideally located just a 15 minute walk into town.

We had a lovely stay in monkeypowder. We loved the layout with the bedrooms downstairs and living area on the ground floor. The living room has great sea views and an area to sit and lookout. There is a huge comfortable sofa and great wallpaper of a view of Scarborough. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and a great space to enjoy a meal together. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a modern ensuite. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we loved the quirky furniture. Free parking was a bonus and a great location to explore Scarborough.
