Zoran çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi, sorularımıza hızlı cevap verdi. Ev merkezi olup, Budva old town ve Mogren plajlarına 5 dk’lık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca balkondan adriyatik deniz manzarasını da izleyebilmek çok güzeldi. Otoparkının olması bizim için büyük avantajdı. Ev tertemizdi ve mutfakta her şey düşünülmüştü. Çikolata ve şekerlemeler çok ince düşünülmüştü, teşekkür ederiz

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

My stay at these beautiful apartments was exceptional! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Очень приятная квартира, в которой сразу чувствуешь себя как дома. Светлая, аккуратная, с хорошей энергетикой. Всё продумано до мелочей — от удобной кровати до мелкой бытовой техники на кухне. Интернет работал стабильно. Расположение удобное — всё рядом: магазин, транспорт, кафе. Хозяева — отдельный плюс: вежливые, порядочные, всегда были на связи и с пониманием относились ко всем вопросам.

Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi, son derece keyif aldım. Manzarası şahaneydi. Her yer tertemizdi ve her şey yeniydi. Son derece bakımlı bir daire. Zorica daima mesajlara dönüş yaptı. Yardımcı oldu. Biz memnun kaldık gidecek olanlara tavsiye ederiz. Kusursuzdu ☺️

Saly’s air bnb is definitely worth staying in. The location is great as it is close to Budva Old Town. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Checking in was very easy. Thanks again, Saly!

Marko szálláshelye valóban fantasztikus helyen van. Csodálatos látványt nyújtanak az öböl partjàn a kis halászházak. Nyugodt környék, mègis közel van a nagyobb látványosságokhoz is. Nagyon tudom ajànlani főleg pároknak valódi kikapcsolódási, feltöltődést nyújtó, tengerparti helyszín.

Ljubica gerçekten çok nazik ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Ev tertemizdi ve dekorasyonu da çok güzeldi. Konumu bizim için oldukça idealdi; kiraladığımız arabayla gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Balkondan görünen deniz manzarası ise gerçekten büyüleyiciydi. Ayrıca eve ait bir iskele olması büyük bir artıydı — istediğimiz zaman denize girebilmek harikaydı. Tatilimizden çok memnun kaldık. Bir dahaki gelişimizde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir ev.

Sevgili Meri harika bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdigimizde bizi karsilayan temizlik kokusu ve bizim icin hazirlanmis sürpriz ikramlar muhteşemdi. Biz 4 yetiskin 2 cocuk konakladik.Hem evde hem de evin cevresinde ihtiyaciniz olan her seye ulasmaniz cok kolay. Evin hemen altindaki markette neredeyse her sey var. Yakinlarinda restoranlar var.Ahh Meri ikram ettigin muhtesem kekin tadini hala unutamadik.Suplari kullanmamiza izin verdigin ve nezaketin icin cok tesekkur ederiz sana.Herbirimiz cok mutlu ve cok eglenek ayrildik evinden. Yine o bölgeye gelecek olsak şüphesiz yine tercihimiz sen olursun.

An absolute gem with perfect location next to everything you need in Budva. Private, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Vielen Dank für die freundliche und schnelle Hilfe in jeder Lage. Jelena und Nikola haben es geschafft, dass unser Urlaub trotz verspäteter Ankunft und persönlicher Startschwierigkeiten ein Highlight wurde. Die beiden sind super nett und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Bootsfahrt mit Nikola war super! Das Haus liegt in einem netten Fischerdorf, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Fähre und Straße hört man, haben uns aber nicht gestört. Die Fähre ist Zufluss umsonst, dass haben wir zum einkaufen und für Restaurant Besuche genutzt. Vielen Dank für den tollen. Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Un vrai coin de paradis, je confirme tous les commentaires positifs précédents ! Un tel environnement à taille humaine, calme et fleuri, avec accès direct à la mer depuis la jolie terrasse, sans route à traverser, est absolument unique au Monténégro. Le logement est très bien fourni et entretenu. Jelena s’est montrée proactive et très disponible. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable 😊

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft schön & der Strand war nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt. Luka ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Tolle Unterkunft - schöner Blick auf das Wasser. Bett ist sehr bequem. Guter Ausgangspunkt um nach Perast zu spazieren oder mit dem Auto die gegen zu erkunden. Anfang Juni scheint die Saison erst langsam zu starten. Es gab in der Umgebung alles was man braucht.

We had a fabulous few days here. What a little gem. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Sandra was close at hand and very responsive if we needed advice but we still had our privacy. The property is ideally situated. Close to Old Town but far enough away in a tranquil setting to enjoy a few hours by the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning. I had a great stay at Stefan’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony — it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was quiet but still close enough to everything I needed. Stefan was a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend this place!
