It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

Ljiljana’s places, incredible and we had so much fun there! It’s on a beautiful beach that is not rocky at all, the water was so nice to swim in and our host were very friendly and kind. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here! They were also very helpful and helping us pay our visit and even went with us to where we needed to go. We would love to come back and stay again!

Great modern apartment right on the boulevard. Beautiful view on the “Statue of a Girl” and the little beach. The terrace is just wonderfull. Evening sun and fully private. Tasteful and clever furnishing. Note that the living room and bedroom are separated with a room divider, so they are not fully seperate rooms. No problem for us as we sat outside in the evening when our kid was asleep. Can imagine in high season there might be more music at night as you’re located above a restaurant - in October everything was peaceful before 10PM. Lovely neighbours as well :) Would definitely recommend staying here as a couple! Thanks!

This place was beautiful!! We loved getting to stay in a smaller, quieter town and getting to visit Perast & Kotor. Parking is easy and free! The views are amazing, and this apartment was so cute and cozy on the inside. We loved the loft, so fun! Everything was so clean. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host isn’t super easy to get in contact with, but it wasn’t much of a problem because we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very well appointed, it had everything we needed for a month long stay. We enjoy cooking our own meals and everything was there to accommodate us. There was a washing machine in the unit that was a real asset for long stays. The unit was very clean and stocked with essentials such as toiletry items, paper towel, spices for cooking and cooking oil. Damir was quick to respond to any questions we posed to him and his parents even dropped off a wonderful desert….how much better can one get than that.

Zdravko is very hospitable, the location description is very clear and the picture directions were very thoughtful, the location of the house was very good, there was a super view, we sat on the terrace all the time, we just bought a limited number of vehicles, we had trouble on the last day, but it didn't matter. If we were to go again, we would have stayed from the same place. On the last evening, we could not sit on the terrace due to the smoking of the next guest, which is a little troublesome due to the shared use of the terrace, I think it should not be smoking, after all, it has a spotless air and we came to breathe fresh air.
