The house is in close proximity to Santander about 10 mins by car. Taking the train to come and go to santander is very convenient as you avoid paying for parking. The village of Bezana is large and has everything, bars, supermarkets, restaurants ,pharmacies and 24-hour health center. The beach is in Soto de la Marina, 7 minutes away, and there is a bus to go near the house. Also nearby are the beaches of La Arnia, Covachos, La Virgen del Mar, and the beach of Valdearenas Liencres.
