Monthly Rentals in Prestebakke

We spent 3 days with Erik and were totally satisfied! The little house has everything you need and was exactly what we expected. It is located on Eric's farm where sheep and horses live, which you can visit at the fence, we particularly liked that! Erik was a very nice and accommodating host! :)

Where do I start - where do I stop? Absolutely cozy, lovingly furnished house in a secluded location on the lake, everything you need is available, great beds, super nice hostess who is always approachable, small dog to crawl :-) We stayed for 2 weeks and totally enjoyed the time: day trips to the moose park Ed, to the archipelago, to Oslo, fortress in Halden, to Fredrikstad, hiking on the Karl XII-Weg (entry almost directly at the house), Elgafossen waterfall, sightseeing of the Bronze Age museum village and the zig stone carvings in the area. We hopped into the lake almost every day at least once - we have one or the other afternoon completely on the jetty - fantastic! If you love nature, silence, coziness and want to relax a lot, you won't find a better place. In any case, I can say that I have never felt so refreshed in my life after a vacation. We'll be happy to come back!

Amazing place to stay- private, very clean, cozy. Everything needed to cook a simple food, cozy up and relax. Highly recommend.
