Accommodating 6 people and completely renovated in a contemporary way, the apartment is located within the Chazar residence equipped with an elevator and a collective parking lot with a reserved space. The major asset of this accommodation is undoubtedly its terrace with its incredible 180-degree unobstructed view of the Noirmont.

Mountain studio in the Peaceful Jura forest

Our compact studio is part of our modern chalet built in 2016. We are 3 km from the nearest ski station the "Jouvencelles" with many more within proximity. There are trails for walking and cross country skiing which depart from our chalet. 6 km from Les Rousses. There are also all of the basic commodities at 500meters: iceskating, muséum, restaurant, grocery shop and cake shop. Our studio has an amazing vue over the mountains where very often we can see the deers grazing in the mornings.

New 50 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a chalet located in Prémanon, 10 min walk from the slopes of the Jouvencelles resort. 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 2 juxtaposed beds and 1 children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds. 10 min from the center of Les Rousses, 5 min from Prémanon and 35 min from Nyon (Switzerland, Lake Geneva). In winter, provide special equipment (snow chain or tire). The property has a raclette, fondue and pancake maker. You can also enjoy a wood-burning stove.

18 m2 studio on the ground floor, located in a small family and quiet condominium. It consists of a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a brand-new 140 cm x 190 cm bed (replaced in March 2026). The accommodation is located in the center of the village, close to shops, restaurants, tourist office, ice rink, children's playground, toboggan runs and cross-country ski trails. In winter, the apartment is served by public transport.
