42 m2 apartment on the 4th floor with elevator. Can host up to 4 people. Equipped kitchen and separate bedroom. Beautiful view of the plain – 3 km from the center of Les Rousses – next to the Swiss border. Ski slopes 5 minutes away. Residence with tennis and heated open pool (July-August) and games room with ping pong table. During the Christmas, February and summer holidays, I only rent by the week.

This apartment is a nice renovation of the headquarters of the company Cébé. Spacious, very well-equipped with beautiful views of the cliff and the nearby forest, the accommodation offers comfortable bedding. It is quiet (We did not hear the neighbors) and the road below is not disturbing (excellent sound insulation of the windows). Brigitte and her son were very available and welcoming despite our late arrival. We appreciated the thoughtful touches left in the fridge! We recommend and will definitely come back for a future stay in the area.

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation was impeccable, very clean. The Brand new and comfortable bedding. It was very nice. The apartment is well located with a bus stop at the foot of the building to go to the slopes and tour the area. The view is beautiful. Lake Rousses, the Fort and the equestrian center are close to the residence. Bérengère is a very friendly host. I would highly recommend their accommodation and would definitely stay again on occasion to finish visiting the area.

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Great location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a fenced garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

Thank you for hosting us, Aline talks about her region with her heart. We have our meals on the terrace facing unlimited nature. The modern apartment is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Very clean. From the cottage, hiking trails with blueberries. We appreciated the discreet presence of the tenants of the neighboring apartments in this small, very isolated building. A very good Comté at the village cheese factory. Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.
