Vacation rentals with a patio in Prem

We had fantastic days in a very modern and tastefully furnished apartment. Peaceful location and ideal starting point for road bike tours. Great recommendation!

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or via short distances by car. Everything was as shown in the pictures, sparkling clean and also check-in and check-out very straightforward, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

We lived our stay! Mattias and Petra are such lovely people and the accommodations were good. We especially loved the garden and hearing the cows nearby. The castles are no more than a 10 minute drive away.

There is bunch of stuff in the apartment but some are a bit awkward, like the Oven, it is so hard to use and pizza falling to the bottom every time when we use it however we have use the correct tools and it burns my hand. The room is very clean and located in a very nice area

We had a lovely time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we didn't miss anything. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our getaway. We booked on Airbnb for the first time and had a very friendly and uncomplicated host with Magnus. He was actually always available and never intrusive. The conversations with him were always very entertaining. The apartment is ideal as a starting point for many bike tours, good gastronomy is also available. We didn't miss anything. Should we visit this area again, we will gladly visit Magnus again.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking in front of the house was almost always available and if not, it is not bad to switch to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Had a great stay at Stephanie's place. Everything was clean, with the best amenities and as described. The large garden with the beautiful view is perfect for beautiful summer evenings. The city is a 30-minute walk. We felt absolutely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

We loved our stay here for 4 adults and 1 child. It was a really great house with everything that we needed. Light, bright and plenty of space. Lovely little welcome gift was well received as well. Only feedback is that some parts of the house were a bit dusty and needed a wipe or rinse before use such as the bath and kitchen drawers. It didn’t bother us and didn’t take away from a fantastic stay. We would stay here again if we were over this way.

We spontaneously booked Rosalins apartment on the ground floor and we liked it so much that we even extended our stay again. The apartment is very spacious and superbly equipped to cater for yourself. The loving decor spreads coziness and we were happy to come back "home" after long days in nature. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is modern and clean and the bed very comfortable. Our highlight - the beautifully landscaped, huge and colorful garden and the peaceful, village surroundings! Rosalin is also a warm host, always available, proactive and very helpful. Hiking trails, countless lakes and larger cities such as Füssen are easily accessible by car. We had our bikes with us and were able to take wonderful tours through fields and villages directly from Sulzschneid. 100% recommendation for an authentic stay in the Ostallgäu!

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a great time at this place! Everything worked out very well. The surroundings are beautiful and there's plenty to explore. The train station is only 5 minutes' walking distance! I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone!!

We had 1 night's accommodation for 4 people on our way to Switzerland. We were very impressed with the decor of the apartment. Very original, modern, with attention to every detail. Very clean, comfortable. Parking just in front of the entrance, which was convenient for us because we were with bikes. We didn't visit the neighborhood because we only stayed overnight. For 4 people, it was quite sufficient. It was great!

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are otherwise not common. For example: coffee capsules, lots of towels, body lotion,… a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course mega in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

The stay was great and peaceful. More than enough beds for people and well maintained.

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.
