Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than we expected — so much more spacious, incredibly quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and even more!). Every little detail made it feel like a real home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Emplacement de l'appartement excellent. Le Métro est très proche. La rue voisine est très commerçante. De plus la rue est très calme. Le stationnement face à l'appartement n'est pas toujours très facile car les nombreuses places de parking sont souvent occupées mais c'est gratuit. Le centre ville est proche. Ville très vivante et jolie. Beaucoup de visites

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und es war alles wunderbar. Kleines Appartement mit allem, was man braucht und sehr sauber!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und es war wieder super. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Gerne wieder.

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was even more beautiful than we expected, with a grand view of the Achen lake and beautiful hiking trails that were accessible within just minutes away. Tanya made us feel right at home. We will surely come back!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We spent 5 days at Gabriele's flat and we felt like home. There is everything that you need and she is really nice host, helping us during all the time. Thank you very much!

Nice apartment, perfectly clean with parking right in front. The bed was awesome, very comfortable. Amazing soft towels too. There was a washing machine in the kitchen (not mentioned in the description). Communication with Phillip was great. As a negative I'd say the kitchen could have been better equipped. The blind folders don't make the rooms completely dark.

Aufenthalt war super, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Haben und direkt wohlgefühlt. Zurecht volle fünf Sterne verdient!

Andreas war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und super für Wanderungen am Staffelsee. Gerne wieder!

Great location for walking to the Octoberfest area and all the interesting sites. Especially convenient on the first day of Octoberfest where public transportation and the streets were clogged with visitors and locals to celebrate the Octoberfest start and parade. The apartment is conveniently located to a couple of grocery stores, cafe's, the S-Bahn and most importantly the Lowenbrau Biergarten. Ben was extremely responsive to answer questions and proactive to assure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. excellent logement. le.logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et l'hôte habite au dessus. Très discret, réactif et très sympa. le logement est top, tout est compris on se sent comme a la maison. le grand terrain en herbe, le jaccuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment très appréciable en toute saison. le logement est à proximité de voiture de Lindau centre et très proche de toutes les attractions de la région. en conclusion ce logement était parfait pour un week-end prolongé en toute détente !

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Christine & Sepp sehr genossen. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Hot Tub in entspannender, ruhiger Lage. Für die Kinder war die Zeit mit den Tieren zudem besonders schön. Vielen Dank für Eure herzliches Willkommen, wir sehen uns wieder.

Great location in the center of Augsburg with a fantastic view. Very clean apartment with everything that we needed. Much appreciated that you could buy a selection of drinks directly from the host. Generous and accommodating host who answered swiftly to all our questions. Would love to stay there again.

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!
