We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The place was perfect for us: Easily 🚴accessible from the coast by bicycle. We were able to park the car very well. Perfect storage for the bikes. On Tuesdays, a car with fresh fish comes to the village - good to hear 😃 and good quality. A wine was waiting for us at the property🍷. Full recommendation!

Staying with Vinko is a great experience. Our days were already filled with climbing in Osp and Buzet, but through him we also learnt something about the local area. Vinko is a perfect host and can give plenty of tips for what you can do. He did even give us some wild asparagus which he had collected and which we prepared in the outdoor kitchen (a perfect addition to the stone house).
