Profitez au soleil, des terrasses, du jardin, de la piscine chauffée (8x3m) et du verger où poussent oranges, citrons, mandarines, avocats et pommes. Et à l'intérieur, du confort du vaste salon, d'une grande cuisine dinatoire et de 3 espaces privés (chaque chambre a une salle d'eau avec WC). L'océan marque chaque pièce de sa présence.
