Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Roquefixade is a very picturesque village and the accomodation is excellent, with a spectacular outlook. There are lovely walks in the area. We especially enjoyed the chateau circuit and another loop walk to Les Demoiselles. Tom was a very friendly and helpful host.

We highly recommend this AirBnB! We had a large group of friends and family members visiting Foix and it was the perfect place for us. The spacious living room was our favorite place to hangout in the mornings/evenings before and after our days of adventures. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms newly updated. If you have the chance, don’t hesitate to book this AirBnB!

This place is ideal for those who want to take a break from the cities, feel like they are in a mountain setting without having to spend a fortune. The house is simple but offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and a warm environment. The fireplace, the stone walls, and the table with benches make the atmosphere similar to that of a mountain retreat. Its location is one of its strengths as in addition to giving you peace of mind, it allows you to be 2 steps away from a number of trails for all levels, including climbing. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the provision of basic ingredients such as coffee oil is certainly a cordial gesture on the part of the owners. Louise Jerome and Samantha have always been available and proactive in communication.

Spacious apartment within walking distance of town center. Everything was clean and I most appreciated the espresso machine! It is so nice to have a real machine instead of the pod machines!
