Beautifully located house/apartment about 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike (5 km with 200 m elevation gain) in a quiet small town, small restaurant and shop available. Great description to find the apartment. From the terrace you have a view of the sea. Very nice garden with great flowers. Antonella lives directly opposite and is very friendly, gives tips (e.g. bike tour/ sea, Monte Beiuga). We only wanted to use this as a stopover, but then extended it because it was so beautiful. Great communication with her, extension was spontaneously possible as well as very spontaneous booking. Free parking in the village and also in Cogoleto on the beach if you drive down by car. Apartment has everything you want, large bathroom. Antonella is great, you feel like you're at home. They even received eggs from their own chickens. We would come back anytime, even for a longer time. Thank you, it was great!

Very kind host and super attentive to the needs of his guests. In our case, we had a baby and there was everything we needed for him! The apartment is 2 steps from the sea, and the view from the rooms is very beautiful. Recommended!

The house is very nice, very bright, well-kept, and recently renovated. The bed is comfortable and there is also a very nice sofa in front of the window for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything, and there is a very spacious closet. But the real strengths are the spectacular sea view and the kindness and helpfulness of Ileana. In less than 10 minutes on foot you are at the sea or in the center where there are shops and restaurants. The area is quiet and there are no parking problems. Really a delightful cottage!

We had a really nice 3-night stay. Milva and Luciano proved to be exceptional hosts: very hospitable, always available but at the same time discreet. Every morning they surprised us with a different, abundant and delicious breakfast, with an excellent variety of sweet and savory, prepared with care and attention. The house is clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. An experience that has left us with an excellent memory and that we sincerely hope to be able to repeat in the future.
