This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing!! The kids were blown away by all the things to do and how awesome the floor plan of the home was!! My daughter will remember this birthday for years to come! It is affordably priced if you have a group to split it with. I just wish it was a little more affordable for people that don’t.

We chose Scott’s place because of how child friendly it was. We had 5 kids with us and the house had plenty of toys for the kids to play with. There was lots of space and places for our family to sleep.

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Martha’s place was absolutely beautiful and just the perfect size for our group! We had no issues and is easy to find/access! Martha was also very responsive and made sure we got in and settled! Loved that she checked in on us throughout our stay!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

So much to do in this house and so spacious! It’s decorated so cute and kept very clean, we could tell the cleaners had just been there! Zach was very responsive and the instructions were easy to understand and follow. This house is set up to keep the stress away and enjoy all the amenities!

The overall stay was good. We had a problem with the hot tub the first night but they came and fixed it right away. Pool was nice but was only about 3 ft deep the entire length of the pool. Location was easy to find and it was easy to get into.

My friend and I traveled to the area for work and loved this location. This rental was extremely well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout included snacks, quality linens, and clean comfortable furnishings. We loved having so much room to have our own privacy and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying at this rental.

We stayed at this house for our kids spring break and we were pleased. Location was perfect to explore the sites and go to the T-Mobile center for a basketball game. Our two dogs loved it as well. Perfect quiet fenced in yard for our pups. Thank you!

I couldn’t of asked for a better host. Whitney even with short notice on my move out due to my job was beyond understanding & helpful. Will really miss having her as my host. Highly recommend this home & any properties Whitney has!

The house was decorated so cute and was comfortable with everything we needed. Comfortable beds were nice to have. There are no bathrooms or bedrooms on the main level as well as steps to get to the front door, which could be an issue for some. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do! Very nice neighborhood and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful. Host was instantaneous on any responses. Perfect for a large family. Highly recommended for anyone that needs access to Kansas City, Kansas or Kansas City Missouri. 30 min from the Kansas City International airport, and very easy to negotiate any parts of Kansas.

Beautiful house, looked exactly as the pictures. The only downside was it took a long time for the house to cool down, but in all fairness it was in the mid 90’s during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Gundruns place was a perfect stay for our first time in KC, It was perfect size, 3 bedrooms and 2 bath , for our group of 4 and a toddler. Anywhere we wanted to go seemed to be a 15 min drive. Walkable to coffee and some restaurants

This home did not disappoint. It was beautiful and decorated so nicely. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed. Let’s talk about the dining room table! Just beautiful! We had many late night conversations around this table. Thank you so much for having us and we would be delighted to come back!!

We enjoyed the home, which was clean, well-kept, and nicely outfitted in terms of kitchenware, linens, bath supplies, etc. An easy walk from old downtown Overland Park was nice, as this area has been significantly revitalized with shops, restaurants, and weekend art festivals.

Nickolas is an exceptional host, his house was super nice and very clean. I would definitely stay at his house again. I recommend it 100%

Cute house tucked away toward the end of a dead end street - really loved that there weren’t cars driving by all the time. The back deck is magnificent and the yard is serene. Comfy beds were a huge plus. Train tracks nearby mean train noise every few hours, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Main living space couch and pillows are ridiculously comfortable.

great place to stay with our family as we were in town for wedding. easy to get back and forth to various festivities and still have some downtime at the house inbetween. Paige's place is DARLING! cute, clean, lots of extras !

Loved the screened in porch…very comfy and private and loved that it was in front of the house to watch the traffic and people/pets go by!!! Couldn’t tear our pup away from all the fun!! 😍
