The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Great Space! 2 Blocks from Downtown Lee's Summit!

5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! My place is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)

The house was very clean and very well refurbished older home. Loved all the decorative touches.

We had a wonderful stay! Rebecca always got back to us in a very timely manner. We had our 21month year old with us and it was great that they had baby gates for us to use for the stairs. They also had a booster seat and kids utensils for the kitchen. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again!

We were wonderfully hosted at this convenient location. It was perfect for our families needs for a three day weekend. It was close to everything. Cecile was flexible on our check-in time due to dire circumstances. We would definitely stay here again! The house was just perfect.

Great camper that is close enough to restaurants but far enough to be a great peaceful getaway. Very clean cute camper. We used the fire pit twice and the firewood onsite was a great bonus. For the price you can’t beat this better than any hotel in the area for much cheaper.
