The 2nd bedroom has a king & double bed, closet, and tv. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower. The main living is an upstairs area and is an open room with a comfortable living space, kitchen, bar & table, and laundry closet. A ladder takes you to the loft where there is a full bed. This area would not be good for small children. No hot tub

The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.
