The house is cozy with a good pool and right in front of the beach, host Célia always responded to our requests.

The house is wonderful. Super comfortable, beautiful, with various appliances, pots and crockery. There are 6 en-suites and all comfortable. The very beautiful outdoor area, with heated swimming pool of the barbecue. It is in front of the lagoon and we can dive every day, kayak, standup paddle. It has a playground and a soccer field very close for children. In addition, we were very well served by the hostess, by Eliane, who checked-in, as well as other service providers we need. We recommend and want to go back!

Our stay was very good, the house has a lot of space, it was organized, clean and with very good taste. We have all kinds of utensils and accessories that make hosting very easy. The hostess is extremely polite and had a very helpful support person. It has all the amenities and can accommodate large families in great comfort. We only have compliments for the host, the house and the surroundings, we feel great and we enjoy the stay a lot.

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

Oda's place is spotless! It's beautiful, airy. It has two kitchens, one indoor and one outside: we cooked inside, which is very complete and we had meals outside, with a wonderful breeze. The house perfectly accommodated my family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) The rooms have good beds with good bedding, air conditioning and working fan. The neighborhood is super quiet: to the left, it is a building garage, super quiet, to the right a family residence, in the background you can't hear anything and in front there is a lawn with a very beautiful garden that we take advantage of to play volleyball. There is a bakery, grocery store, fruit shop and fishmonger. You can do everything on foot, including going to the beach that has a playground. This home is perfect for families looking for quiet vacation and vacation. ⛱️

A complete and well maintained house. The owner, Mr. Ricardo, very courteous and proactive. We take a weekend of extreme heat. There were fans in all rooms. But the heat was so much, that the rooms, which are at the top, are so much heated. It will only cool down by 22:00. So, for those who are staying on a day with 35° or more, a recommendation should take air or portable air circulators. But since we always went to sleep late, it was not a problem. Casa has two kitchens with plenty of utensils, very spacious, two refrigerators, two huge tables with benches. Parking for some 6 Carlos, delicious pool, Jacuzzi tbm. Barbecue: if you're going to use, bring your grill, spikes, etc. The ones they had in the barbecue were detonated by the sea. But our final evaluation is 10. It's worth staying.

The house is extremely comfortable and cozy, easy to find, with excellent beds, excellent pool and barbecue. And Kellen treated us super well and during the stay I felt at home. I will definitely come back more often, a 10 for the house and for Kellen.

Clean and organized place. The house is identical to the photos, with new and modern furniture. Fully equipped house. The leisure area is perfect. I just found it far from the beach… to take chairs and umbrellas, it's better to go by car. The beach location near the house is very quiet, with no restaurants and street vendors serving the beach. Pri is a sweetheart and answers questions very quickly.

Excellent hosting! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and attention to the smallest details. The house is excellent and served me and my family perfectly. Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will certainly come back other times. I highly recommend it!!!

Our stay at Fabiane's place was perfect, we had an unforeseen with another house that we located in Balneário Camboriú, a practically uninhabitable house, but it is not appropriate to talk about it here. This is where Fabiane's house comes in, simply saved our Carnival holiday, very well equipped house, impeccable cleaning, complete rooms with bedding and pillows, very good outdoor area with barbecue and full kitchen, extremely clean pool, the organization of the house surprised us very much, the hosts Márcio and Fabiane always willing and answering our questions. Anyway I indicate with eyes closed, and we will definitely return at the next opportunity.

house is excellent, no problem. the only detail is that the best beaches are a little distant 1.5km around. the nearby pharmacy bakery market.

Excellent house and accommodates 12 people comfortably, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room of the main house, there are 2 blocks from the beach and approximately 30 minutes from the center of Itapoá, great for those who want to suce and relax. The kitchen is complete and has 1 freezer and 2 refrigerators, there was no shortage of water on the holiday of the turn and super clean pool and house, all very organized. Host sends all necessary recommendations for a good stay, such as wifi password and how to keep the pool clean. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back one day!
