It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! I travel a lot and always stay in houses or hotels/inns, and I've never seen such a clean, complete and organized house. Everything was brand new (kitchen utensils, furniture, appliances) I just felt right at home. In addition to being close to everything, it is a very quiet place. I recommend it because it's definitely a place I'll be back to. Super fast, agile service and Arthur is very kind.

Pros - 1 - Really very close to the beach 2 - Very calm beach, you can go with Children without problems. 3 - Air-conditioning us two bedrooms. 4 - Comfortable mattress. ( One of the best we've ever been) 5 - Great toilets and showers. 5 - Very quiet street with little movement ( Although very close to Praia ) 6 - Mr. Raimundo always answered us quickly. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Cons - 1 - A little mildew when we entered the house. (Common well in closed house) 2 - Washing machine with (slightly loud noise) 3 - It is good to bring a fan together. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ In short - We really like the stay ( Great cost-benefit ) +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ OBS - Mr. Raimundo has provided us with house 1 at no additional charge. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Excellent space for the family, good beds, air-conditioning in all the rooms, lots of kitchen utensils. It does not have bath linens or a face towel, a point that could improve, at least in the matter of offering a face towel. The space is very good and if I were in São Chico again I would stay in Anelise's space again.

Anderson always helpful answering super fast always kindly, his mother who welcomed me with my family showed me the whole extremely friendly house, the house and even better personally cozy had everything we needed to feel at home, quiet pool for adults and especially for children.. we had a lot of fun Casa is very well located near the main beaches, Praia Grande, beach and cove. We really like to stay at Letícia's house. The owner is your Gilmar who is her father. Very responsive and polite. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all the bedrooms, wardrobe, bathroom with a good shower. We passed the find with family and it was pretty cool. Pena that on Saturday is cloudy and windy. Domingo we enjoy a beach.

Excellent hosting! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and attention to the smallest details. The house is excellent and served me and my family perfectly. Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will certainly come back other times. I highly recommend it!!!

We spent very nice days at Daniel's place. The house is well-equipped and close to Itaguaçu beach, it is possible to walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool.

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

Milene was very friendly and attentive to our arrival. Beautiful duplex, very comfortable. Clean, tidy and with everything you need for a good stay. It has a good amount of pots and dishes. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms is very good. Highly recommended. On a possible future vacation in Brazil, we would return to Milene's duplex.
