great house, great location, great hosts.....I definitely would recommend it!!

The apartment is very nice, with a good terrace. Very comfortable. Regarding Pontal do Arraial, and this applies to all the accommodations in the area, the road is VERY bumpy. If you rent a manual car, you must know how to use it very well, as there are very steep climbs with potholes. However, it is important to note that the Pontal area is magical. The difficulties in getting there will not be compared to the immense beauty.

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

We had a fantastic time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, barbecues, spacious and very comfortable. Close to downtown Arraial and very safe because it is a gated community. Heloise was very attentive in the preparations for the trip, our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and we will surely return another year.

Worst of all was leaving. Everything was great, Rogelio and Denilson, both wonderful. The place is super comfortable, beautiful ocean views, the seagulls in the windows woke us up in the morning, From the balcony we could see the turtles in the sea. Beautiful stay, I spent some wonderful days with all the comforts. Ame Casa Madrid

Cris was a great host. All Check-in and guidance information was passed. The house was spotlessly clean and organized. The pool is great! I'll be back soon! Highly recommend!

The house is brand new, with beautiful and comfortable bathrooms. It is inside Pontal do Atalaia, 2 km from the beach staircase, one day we walked there. Great to get to know Arraial do Cabo from the perspective of Pontal do Atalaia

Fully equipped house for 4 people. Everything clean and comfortable. With A/C in every section of the house. Very cozy and well laid-out. Easy to get to and central, we arrive walking in 10 min to the center and beaches.

My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly like in the pictures: everything very clean, organized and with all the information of the ad being faithfully followed. The view is simply perfect, and the location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host responds super fast and was very attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

We found this place by a lucky strike but we couldn’t have been happier with our selection. Ruben was extremely helpful and the place is just cozy. Private, comfortable, just what we needed!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The host was incredibly flexible with Check in and check out but most of all the view from the balcony is incredible. The apartment is really well equipped and there’s also access to a shared swimming pool. The beaches nearby are beautiful and very easily accessed. I thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment five stars for everything thank you so much.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
