Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above Geriba beach, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is still highly recommended, and you can tell that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with a few things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Our stay at this residence was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very remarkable. Everything worked perfectly, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! We also enjoyed lighting a fire and cooking a great barbecue. The location is optimal, everything is just a few minutes away, whether it's restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The space in the park, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the bedding, the kitchen utensils, the barbecue, the sauna, the pool table, everything 10/10. Elaine was always very attentive, she gave us very special attention. We definitely want to come back again.

all excellent, the small but very comfortable. Very well equipped and with 2 air conditioners that work very well to cope with the heat.

The stay was great, great location, comfortable home with all that was described. Bed and bath linens of great quality, tasteful and functional environment. Kind and proactive host helped us a lot.

What can I say about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We can't wait to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.

The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large living room with open kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

The house met my expectations. Not to mention Marcos, I didn't meet him in person, but he was always kind and attentive. We really liked it. We're already scheduling our next return.

We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. Incredible stay! The house is beautiful, the living room and terrace have a great view, the pool downstairs with the seating area is super nice for large groups. Thais is very nice and communication was exemplary! I highly recommend Rozana's service for meal preparation and cleaning, it's a plus that makes all the difference!

A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The guys at the front desk are super friendly!! They let us check in early! They respond right away, which is very good !!!!!! Thank you! Excellent stay!!!

The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. The house is beautiful, it has a great location and our children particularly liked the great pool. The beaches and the center are within easy reach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.
