Great apartment. Very well located, practically facing the sea. You can find a bakery, distributor and grocery store nearby. Communication with Daniely is very good. She is very helpful and responds quickly. The apartment is great. It has everything you need and, most importantly, many fans. Very clean. Pillows, sofas and mattresses with covers. Beds are comfortable. I recommend it and will be back!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The host was incredibly flexible with Check in and check out but most of all the view from the balcony is incredible. The apartment is really well equipped and there’s also access to a shared swimming pool. The beaches nearby are beautiful and very easily accessed. I thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment five stars for everything thank you so much.

The stay was simply wonderful! Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with super-smelling bed and bath linens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, which made all the difference in our experience. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and Prainha's restaurants, which made our tours much easier. Diel was an amazing host, always available, attentive and full of valuable tips that made our trip even better. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and hospitality. We're already in the mood to come back!

Every year we hold a family event and we are happy to have chosen Marilene's house. We were welcomed by the owners as friends. As the layout of the rooms is well integrated, it didn't matter if you were in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue area, it was possible to interact and talk. The house looks a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. I found the shower to be a luxury. It's been a long time since I've had such a nice shower. We went to the beach that is next to the house and wow... quiet with the warmest water in Búzios. We really loved it! Thanks for a special weekend.

Max and Juliana's house is spectacular, all the perfect accommodations, we went as a family for a total of 15 people and there was still plenty of space, bedding and everything of great quality the excellent beds, the living area at the top helps a lot and had everything we needed, really a great experience, about the location is 8 km from the beach of the fort, which I consider a very quiet distance, the access to the house is a little scary on the first day, but after all the name "lookout" is not an act, after climbing the first time we got used to it and it didn't get in the way at all, all the colors that we need anything Magno that makes services for the house super well, we are all satisfied with the experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Clara’s house very much. The beach is beautiful with clear and calm waters, and it is so convenient to have it in your backyard. The first couple of days we went to some of the popular beaches, but they were awfully overcrowded and we had to pay for chairs and umbrella. The beach at the house is as beautiful as any other and it is just a few steps away. We were only 3 of us but the house is huge and suitable for large families, very comfortable and with awesome views from every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the busy night life in Buzios. The host was responsive and kindly accommodated our early arrival and late departure. It was a bit of a trip from Ohio, but totally worth it.

The place is charming, the security and privacy are exemplary, the house is impeccable, they just don't provide bed linen and towels. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery and nature. It just didn't get 5 stars in everything because while I was consulting to rent it, the price of the stay increased, so I had a loss of 229.00 reais more, if I had rented it and then contacted them, that wouldn't have happened, other than that everything was wonderful.

Worst of all was leaving. Everything was great, Rogelio and Denilson, both wonderful. The place is super comfortable, beautiful ocean views, the seagulls in the windows woke us up in the morning, From the balcony we could see the turtles in the sea. We loved this beautiful house and its surroundings. Such a peaceful location! The house is very big and comfortable, the pool was great, the barbecue area was extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything! We also really liked the host and how responsive, helpful and proactive she was. She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay there. She also recommended us a great cook/cleaner lady that made our stay even more relaxing and wonderful. We highly recommend this house and Mariaclara as your host for your next stay in Buzios.

Our stay at Francisco's place was great! The host showed very kindness, as did Chris who welcomed us very well. Communication with both was very easy and a highlight for us was the flexibility at check in. The building was impeccably clean and smelling, as was the bed linen. All very organized and the decoration with very refined details. The space is equipped with everything we need to be away from home. Another strong point for me is the fact that Francis offers bed and bath linens. The place is very quiet and very airy as it runs a gentle breeze night and day.

We really like to spend the weekend at Apto da Alexandra. Your communication from the beginning to the end of the stay was excellent and very attentive. The rooms are exactly the same as in the pictures and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was all very clean, tidy and tidy. We love and intend to return soon. Thank you!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back
