Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Here, the view is breathtaking, because we are at one of the highest points in Cabo Frio! Our pool is a spectacle (only on our property - only 2 chalets) and Peró beach is just 13 minutes from here. Our accommodation is SMART, with connection to Alexa and TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

Flat is well located inside the condo. Ideal flat for 4 guests, airy and bright flat, with a small balcony without a cover to sunbathe. Dear guests, when I rent to two people and they are not a couple, please let me know. In the single bathroom, the shower stall only has one glass pane (it works better this way).

Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
