The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

The house is wonderful, the view is surreal! All rooms are air-conditioned, the game room has an arcade that was the joy of the children. Privileged location, close to the beach and all trades, in addition to the security of the condominium. We had good communication with Henrique (host) and Mrs. Bete (service provider). We'll be back for sure and recommend getting to know.

It's a great house, exactly as advertised and close to the beach for walking. Juan was flexible about check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot. Dona Irene, responsible for checking in, was very kind and helpful, gave us all the necessary instructions.

It exceeded our expectations! Marco was super requested, very attentive and made us very comfortable. You gave important tips to have a perfect stay! The 3 suites have air-conditioning working well and clean, provided us with good nights of sleep. Clean bedding, good mattresses, hot shower, everything perfect. The kitchen has everything, very well-equipped, and at the barbecue there is a second refrigerator, which was very useful to us. Internet works very well. In the pool area and barbecue loses a little sign, but for those who are in this area I recommend that you do not use the smartphone and enjoy what the space has to offer to the sides of your companies. The condominium is too much! It's a nature immersion experience, just bring a good repellent that's all right. The employees of the condominium are exemplary, they gave us all the attention, very polite and attentive. The location is great, easy access to the beaches, close to markets, bakery, Jequitimar, etc. We will definitely be back.

The house is the way of Paulo's description. It is very close to Guaiúba, a beach that has my heart for the calm. The space accommodates well 04 people, the utensils and the house in general is new.

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The apartment is gorgeous, super modern and clean. Full of wardrobe, what we love, as we spent more days and so we could always get our things cleaned up. The super well-equipped kitchen and extremely clean bathrooms. Communication with everyone was the last from start to finish. Our stay couldn't be better. I highly recommend it.
