Facing the sea, beautiful view.

The right choice for moments of relaxation, our space is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful view with a beautiful sunset. We have all the shops nearby with great restaurants and home-cooked foods, ice cream parlors and restaurants specializing in fish and Japanese food, and not far away a delicious steakhouse (Tertúlia). Oh, and don't worry, if it rains you can watch your favorite episodes and series. We have Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV and others, all free.

The stay was very quiet, quiet place, safe, close and with a view to the sea. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, super cozy, well organized and clean. Tania the host, was very attentive about all the guidelines and doubts, gave us all the support we needed so that our Family tour I have been without a doubt, extraordinary. We felt at home!

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

Casa otima space clean and pleasant mattresses very good house is in a quiet street we went with a wheelchair to access the entire house and access the beach quietly without having to take the car out of the garage. Super kind and polite Fernanda will be back for sure.

Carnival stay, we went in 11 people and loved the apartment, great location (in front of the mall) beach service. Apparently very structured, without old things, no smell of mold, clean mattresses and air-conditioning in all the rooms. I recommend it.

Our first booking on Airbnb and it's normal to beat the insecurity. But in fact I couldn't have chosen better. For those who make the triday series in bertioga the apartment is very close. Outside that is 1 block from the beach. The apartment is very cozy. I will definitely stay more often when I need to go to Bertioga.
