I stayed in the Adimilson space with my mother and brother during the carnival. From the beginning, he answered me quickly and was super flexible about the check in. I found the place easily and soon found his collaborator and checked in. The apartment was spotless, extra clean. The apartment has everything you need and a little more (thermal box, ice, kitchen utensils, several pillows…). The apartment is just like in the pictures, very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is close to the exit to the northern beaches (the best) and avoids a lot of traffic. For check-out, I talked to Mateus, son of Adimilson and again were flexible with departure time. I definitely recommend the accommodation and I will come back more often.

Very well located apartment, close to bakery, supermarket, ice cream parlor, restaurant, all rooms have sea view, and what a view!!! The accommodations are good and Romário is an excellent host, always available, and very polite. It was a great family experience, I'll be back for sure.

We were very well received on arrival by Vicente, which already made us very comfortable right at the beginning of the stay. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and extremely clean. The ocean view is simply amazing. The location is also excellent, close to markets and with easy access to the beach. They were very attentive. On the day of the chek-in they contacted in advance with the Location and clear explanations. Arriving there we were greeted by Thiago. Very polite and courteous. We were guided by hosting and gave us tips on the nearby locations and was always at your disposal. Like so much that we even stayed a day longer. Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

We had a wonderful experience in this lodging! From the moment we arrived, we could see how special the property is. The location is simply perfect, with a beautiful private beach, with the house right in front of the sea. Wake up with the sound of the waves and having the sand a few steps from the door was a dream!! The boat house is a cute, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area is ideal to enjoy the day at the beach and see the sunset. The hosts were super attentive, always available to help with local tips and ensure our stay was perfect. Undoubtedly, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a seaside getaway. We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

My stay was wonderful! The host was extremely kind and considerate, always available to help with whatever it took. The photos correspond perfectly to the site, which is even more enchanting in person. The helper also deserves to be highlighted: helpful, careful and, in addition to everything, super well cooked! The stay was great, we didn't have any problems with the house, which really matches the photos and the listing! Miriam has always been proactive, always responding to us quickly, and always answering the doubts I had, we love the stay and we can't wait to be able to stay once again in this wonderful house, which has one of the most beautiful views we've ever seen, and having the pool separated from the beach by only one door, is an exceptional thing! In the townhouses around it has everything, we don't need the car for absolutely nothing, everything is close! We love it!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe and convenient to get in and out by car at any time. Very warm heated pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

The condominium itself is already worth a lot, a game room, swimming pools, courts and even bathrooms. The house meets basic needs, better if you are a couple, there were four of us and we were a little without privacy because the rooms are “open” such as the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everything is well organized and clean, lots of kitchen utensils, well equipped, it has a beautiful view, they were attentive the whole time. To get to the house number it is necessary to climb around 86 steps, it didn't bother us at all, but for those with elderly companions it is a point to consider!!!
