Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Massaguaçu

The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

The place was as described on the page, the apartment was clean and the arrival and departure instructions were very clear! The location is very good for the beach!!! Literally in front of the sea, as we see in the photos. Gabriela was always helpful and helped me with any questions I had. Even the electricity went out for a few hours due to the heavy rain during my stay and Gabriela immediately opened a protocol to help solve it! My only complaint is that the building where the apartment is located is very old and a little abandoned, and if there are people in the apartment next door, the balcony is right next to ours, so any noise is heard by the other, but otherwise it was a good stay and Gabriela was a great host.

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

Simply amazing, my first trip with my wife. I can say that everything was amazing, both the location of the apartment, which is close to everything, and the organization and cleanliness, not to mention the chocolates they left for us. Very well-equipped apartment with everything we need, bed, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, utensils, pots, air fryer, sandwich maker, among other things. It felt like we were at home, we will definitely return to Ubatuba and we will stay again in Soraia and Everton's apartment. we had support every day, we had questions answered quickly and very well educated and friendly, a 10.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the stay! The house is spacious, with cozy and comfortable rooms. The pool area was super clean, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, with complete utensils that made the routine much easier. The condominium is very safe, which has given us a lot of tranquility throughout the stay. The location is also excellent — less than a 5 minute drive from a shopping area with market, bakery and other services. And to top it off, Cocanha Beach, which for me is one of the best for bathing, is very close and with super easy access. I recommend it too!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
