It was the first time I used airbnb, I had no references other than people's references and reviews... so as this helped me a lot, I would like to give my sincere feedback: valerio extremely attentive, answering questions and giving tips... the apartment has nothing to talk about , those who book this apt will not regret... because everything has everything that is described and much more... for example the shower is excellent... outside the extremely perfect place for my stay with my 3-year-old baby, perfect for family, security easy locomotion... tranquillity! I thank Mr. Valerius and his wife!

You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... Thank you José Luiz...

Very pleasant stay in every way, we will definitely be back

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Mara's place is amazing! Beautiful apartment, great taste, it was clean and has everything you need! Well located, right on the sand, in the best place in Itapoá. I just loved everything! Mara and her husband responded promptly when needed. I highly recommend it! I want to come back soon 😍

i went with my family. we did not know the place. the house is beautiful, the place beautiful,beautiful the people 😄❤️ we are delighted. we were wonderfully received. the house is cozy. i felt at home. my children loved it , asked if we could stay there forever ,rsrs only wanted to go back to get our dog🥹🙏❤️. everything is very organized and thought for our well-being. the kitchen is simple but it has everything that is needed and within nature. this brings unparalleled peace. i was only one day unfortunately😞. but it brought me so much well-being and peace. it looks like we spent weeks there. i returned reinvigorated home. only one thing I hated vddd. and my whole family tbm hated it. 😞😤😡 have to come away! i wish this day wasn't over. thank you very much Fernanda and her parents for the accommodation and all caring and dedication. next time we'll stay longer. thank you so much for everything. is success and prosperity. may Jehovah God bless you greatly . there is a little piece of heaven. bjao

Very nice place,super private,house with privileged view,we love to spend some family nights, sarita a great attentive and polite host. We enjoy every space in the house ,we saw the sunrise ,the moonlight at night And a detail the house was clean and smelling we will return with family for sure ,super indico !

The stay was great, despite some periods of rain in the days we were, we were able to enjoy a lot. The place is very quiet, the house very comfortable. A Thaiane always helpful and attentive, left us a treat of welcome. They were very good days of rest and family. Gratitude 🙏🏻❤️

I have no words for the house! True to the ad, even better. We were surprised by the site, a 2 min walk to the best part of the beach, a fully equipped house, all very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen with everything you need, extremely clean linens and bathrooms. Not to mention Viviani, what a wonderful human being, of light. More than a hostess, she cares about all the details, super helpful, super flexible. We will definitely come back more often!

I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue area. In addition, she provided us with fresh linens and towels and the place was organized and odor-free. Reinalda also answered all our questions and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I definitely recommend it!!

My family and I loved staying in the apartment! Everything as shown in the photos and description, everything was clean! Sensational location, super responsive neighbor, even recommended the Ingá restaurant for lunch, it's worth it. We will definitely be back soon and to stay in the apartment again!!!

Great location. Great apt. Carlos is very helpful. Nothing to complain about. My guests loved it. Close to a restaurant, grocery store, bakery. I want to go back as soon as I can.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The location is very good, with restaurants and market nearby. Easy access to the beach. Very attentive host; very polite and helpful building gatekeepers. Definitely a great option.

The apartment is very nice, just as it is in the description. Both the apartment and the building are very clean. Very well located, close to everything. If we had questions, the answers were quick. If there's anything to add, it's AC in the living/dining room, but it's a detail. You still enjoy everything. We'd be back!!
