the house is sensational, exactly according to the listing. when we arrived Rose answered us promptly , polite and kind. the house was smelly , beds arranged. the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. we love the space. the beach in front is quiet, very family... good for children. close to markets, bakeries. for sure we will return

The cabin is great, as in the photos the beach is your backyard. Next to several shops, quiet and easy to access place.

Our second stay at the chalet and, again, everything impeccable!! Anderson always responds with a lot of attention and education. The space was ready for our arrival with details and everything! Quiet, spacious, well cared for, cozy. I highly recommend!!!

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Alessandro was very quick, and clarified any and all doubts, my family and I loved the place, from the location to the apartment, everything extremely clean, cozy apartment, everything very practical! I highly recommend it. Ana Carolina is also very attentive. São Chico won my heart. Great beach for family rest. Not to mention that they already give directions to restaurants, bakeries, markets, making it much easier for those who don't know. Gratitude! 🥰

The apartment is impeccable! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! The common area of the barbecue and pool is amazing! Amamos! Rodrigo was very friendly and flexible! I highly recommend and we will be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Days in quality family!!! Having the sea right in front of you is very comfortable even more with children , sand soiled we go in the shower to take rsrsrs all my family loved ❤️ host responds super fast And resolve if anything was requested.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. The check in was very quick and easy, done directly at the condominium gatehouse. The apartment was clean and organized. It had everything to spend a great season in the place. Near the beach, with chairs and sunshine available for use. The host was always helpful and quickly answered questions. I recommend if you want to spend a pleasant time with the family.

Glauco and Nice were extremely friendly, helped us with everything we need and went beyond, allowing for an extended stay. The house is very spacious and has everything that is necessary and useful for a stay with 10 people and 1 baby. It was pleasant days and the place corresponds to the listing... I recommend... near the sea and with a very tasty pool... A single observation: it could have a microwave.

Everything is in good order with the rental. The house is very comfortable, a few meters from the beach, which is a big differential, all organized. The host is very nice, quiet. The point that could be adjusted would be the check-out time, after all a check-in at 2 pm and a check-out at 9:00 am is quite complicated, however, it was reported on the listing. I believe that a check-out at 11hrs or 12 hrs would be ideal, as it would have a sufficient time for cleaning and subsequent check-in of other tenants. Anyway, taking this detail from the time the rest was very fruitful.

One of the best accommodations I've taken my family to, close to the beach, large space with swimming pool, rooms with comfortable beds, complete house. Very attentive host.

Returning to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second consecutive year and we are already thinking about returning. It was my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year there were 12 of us, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable rooms, and best of all: your backyard is the beach! You go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the gazebo and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house delivers and exceeds what it promises. We spent beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

dona Deva welcomed us and is very attentive both at the entrance and at the exit. Very privileged location and super close to the beach. the house sleeps well the 11 people and has air in all the rooms. great place! we will come back more often.

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful. Apartment well located. Very clean and organized place. Air conditioning in all rooms. I only found the mattress of the room in which I was a little hard, but nothing that bothered me much.

My stay at this house was great! A very good house, cozy, quiet, comfortable and safe environment. Mr. Almir was very attentive and quick to respond and help us with whatever we needed… The beach is quiet, beautiful and great for swimming. The house even had beach chairs… and every morning the condominium employee put an umbrella, a table and the beach chairs in the sand… he left everything ready for us… The house was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had utensils and appliances for cooking or barbecuing! The space is airy and well decorated! Everything was perfect!
