Vacation rentals with a pool in Praia do Itaguaçu

A Estádia was great, the house is like in the pictures, the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils, the mattresses and bedding were clean and smelling, the pool is large and it was clean, in the house there are beach chairs and parasol. The house is close to the beach, a quiet region. The hostess always responds quickly.

We spent great days with the family, the quiet and very family beach, perfect house, without defects, all very good taste. Patrícia always answered super quickly all the questions I had before closing the reservation and the questions afterward as well.

Very nice place,super private,house with privileged view,we love to spend some family nights, sarita a great attentive and polite host. We enjoy every space in the house ,we saw the sunrise ,the moonlight at night And a detail the house was clean and smelling we will return with family for sure ,super indico !

Our stay at Fabiane's place was perfect, we had an unforeseen with another house that we located in Balneário Camboriú, a practically uninhabitable house, but it is not appropriate to talk about it here. This is where Fabiane's house comes in, simply saved our Carnival holiday, very well equipped house, impeccable cleaning, complete rooms with bedding and pillows, very good outdoor area with barbecue and full kitchen, extremely clean pool, the organization of the house surprised us very much, the hosts Márcio and Fabiane always willing and answering our questions. Anyway I indicate with eyes closed, and we will definitely return at the next opportunity.

Well-kept house, safe, easy access to the beach, all the necessary utensils are in the house, nothing to complain about the house, it is just a little further from a good and larger market, but by car it is quick.

I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue area. In addition, she provided us with fresh linens and towels and the place was organized and odor-free. Reinalda also answered all our questions and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I definitely recommend it!!

The best stay you can find in Matinhos! The apartment is exactly as advertised, with a fully equipped kitchen (it was great to have a barbecue there!) and several other amenities. 5 guests quietly accommodates. The condominium's common areas are also excellent, the pool is delicious. Access to the apartment is very quiet, super flexible and the instructions are clear. But the highlight was meeting Letícia, host and extremely kind and attentive person, who helped me with several issues (several indeed). Thank you so much for everything Letícia, we hope to come back more often and see you next time! ❤️

A flawless, super comfortable and airy apartment within a complete condominium with a delightful pool area. We had super nice days. Hostess Magna is super nice and is always available. We'll be back soon for sure!!!

The apartment was very clean and organized, faithful to the photos of the ad. Since the Josue reservation has always been very attentive and quick in the answers and details. We were very well received by Marcelo who accompanied our arrival and departure.

The apartment is very nice, just as it is in the description. Both the apartment and the building are very clean. Very well located, close to everything. If we had questions, the answers were quick. If there's anything to add, it's AC in the living/dining room, but it's a detail. You still enjoy everything. We'd be back!!
