Aldenor was an impeccable, always helpful and attentive host. I'm from Fortaleza and I go often, I've suffered from lodging before, but I finally found a place worth the price! The apartment is indeed very small, but super well-equipped (towels, pans, dishes, everything organized!), clean and with a great location. For a couple (with or without children) caters very well! A grace and a great deal, I recommend!

Strengths: Mr. Jairo is super attentive, the view of the place is beautiful, the location is perfect, the building in itself is wonderful and safe, the washing machine is missing in the photos (there is there) and showing which place to network on the balcony (lack of network). The apartment is beautiful. Points that can improve: We entered on Tuesday at 2pm and left on Sunday at 6am, slept late at night (+ -21h) and left at 7 am, (we do not use washing machine) and the energy bill was high R$179.00 ( I think the owner can reduce the number of bulbs). I found it absurd compared to what I spend in my apartment monthly. Also, you can improve the amount of dishes( cutlery in general), skipper, carpets in the kitchen, cover cochas. (Emphasis I did not ask after my entry into the apart). It's just adjustments! But, I would stay again and recommend the location. We were in 4 (family)

The place is gorgeous, more beautiful in person. Made us feel at home, it has everything we basically need for everyday life, super pleasant environment, the view is beautiful. The building itself is already a tourist attraction, it has everything for leisure. The coolest thing is that it's close to everything.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.
